you know, I was like sick on Christmas and so I was able to bring my um my nieces a couple gifts. So, I got one of them a squish mellow. And you know what those are? They're like, you know, these like really squishy stuffed animal like stuffed toys that like turn inside out and stuff. And then the other one I got, she likes art
and stuff. So, I got her these little art supplies stuff. Hi, Halo. Hi, Gotham. Um, yeah. So, I had a pretty nice day. I got I got yesterday I got a bagel for free. Like not a just a bagel, a bagel sandwich, like a $8 sandwich for free. And then I got like a $9 Starbucks for
free today. Always make sure you see your um your benefits because there's some places that do stuff for your birthday, right? So you always want to sign up for the apps and stuff like McDonald's for the next two weeks. I have like whatever I want like redeem whatever I want on the menu. Anything on McDonald's menu. I don't think there's anything more than $5 on it, but

the um I know Halo was there and some people were there about the Yakshinis because it's really interesting. There's this kind of folk magic where it's like, okay, you have to go find this like peel pilpa or what's it called? a banyan tree or a peel plot tree like certain kind of tree and you go and they say the yakshini is like a dryad basically and it's the
spirit of this tree and it's like and then you go and you like do like three days of like mantra at it and then it's like according to this folk lore all of a sudden it's a ding I think it's from Sentinela but yeah so it's pretty good I forgot but yeah according to the folklore like you know they they actually like appear. You start to hear like their anklets and
stuff like their they have these like little like jingly anklets and like bracelets and stuff and you can hear them and smell like smell their perfume and like and then like but it's like you know you know when when magic has such like apparent effects like that. It's like you know it's always like a little bit skeptical of it. It's like it's supposed to be like you know is do I eat the wet
chicken? No. the the cats eat it because you put it in like some kind of warm water and it kind of like just like a um wets it out a little bit. So, I'll stay on for like 20 more minutes. I think wants to come up. Otherwise, we'll just have a quick little evening. Love

I think uh I think we're having some technical difficulties but um I would say if you're a looking for like a meditation a meditation practice I would say mantra is a great way to go because it will basically purify your mind by like you know
