The donkey let out a deafening, horrifying bray that shook the entire hut. "Why does your brother have such a harsh voice?" The spirit wondered aloud, a little unsettled. "Now, let me see a leg." It demanded.
The eldest brother pushed the end of the heavy palm trunk through a crack in the loft floor. The fox spirit stared at the thick, rough appendage unnerved by its size and texture. "Show me his belly." It called out next. The brothers worked together to lower the massive, round iron wash basin. Such size.
Such a strange voice. Such enormous features. The fox spirit, who relied on cunning and deception, was now faced with something it couldn't comprehend. Its courage failed. A primal fear took hold, and it turned and fled.
