and so like I'm a kind of immature adult as Capricorns kind of tend to do. But u I'm gonna be doing this um this thing starting January 1. I'm going to do a three-month life makeover, start over transformation kind and I'm doing it for myself, but I invite anybody else who wants to join me

You can follow it. can do some days you cannot just having like for like three months 90 days we can have like a like a little upgrade we can like you know start slowing down a little bit

preparations that you can do. It's going to be a lot of uh some some detox of technology, but it's like still like I'm going to be doing five days probably of shows a week. I'm probably going to be doing like two or three hours on this and then probably I'll start doing an hour on my members only and stuff. And then um
I'll probably have some more pre-recorded shows, too. You you think it should be less than two two weeks? Oh, yeah. I did. Oh, yeah. My birthday is less than two weeks. Yeah. Like last year, I tried to do like push-ups every day. I think I I I didn't do very well. But now, if I have your guys support like in like wanting to do it with me, you know how much easier it will be like too like you're going to do it too, Gotham? Okay. We're gonna have
this. I'm gonna I'm gonna make a really cool thing. It's gonna be free. Sometimes you can do big improvements like cold turkey but I think it's better just to do gradual three months is a good amount of time. 90 days, less than 100 days. Um, you know, got three full moons, three new moons, and you know, that's got like six cycles. And it's like we can have a goal, too. I mean, it's like there'll just be good things. If you want to make
money, there'll be ways like where I'm going to be trying to like figure out some something I can monetize every day or like something I can work on, a product or something like that. And so, I'll be doing these. And so, you can go along with me. You can like adapt it to however you want to do it. I'll try to make a more of adapted version for the chat and the and everything else. You know, I tried
to make all these apps and unfortunately like it I didn't know it was like very expensive to do to do them. But so I'm done making the apps but now I'll just have to slowly improve them because I I have like nine nine or 10. Try Hanuman push-ups. Diamond push-ups. out. But um it's basically about withdrawing from the world a little bit. I mean it's more I think it's more intense like the how they did it like where it's like
okay you know you're gonna like all of a sudden like have you know no contact with the outside world don't even talk see like we have to live in the world just like in a in a in Hinduism right it's like there's something called the householders and the householders can kind of get away with a little bit more than the sages and things like that right um is that right Gotham because it's like because they're householders
and so but even the sages can are probably tantrics and so they're probably doing things that are like you know these other practices too. It's like a whole it's a whole thing like um like there's somebody there's there's a ganapati right there's ganapati is Ganesha he's like one of the most important well-known beloved Indian gods very like lord of all the animals of the earth he's lord of destroyer of
obstacles represents very beautiful things but um there's a form of gapati called uchista gapati and uchista means um basically it means residue it means leftovers it means means something set apart sometimes in a negative connotation. But the whole point is in
in tantism it's like there's not really set apart. It's like everything is holy. Like dirt is considered like holy like you know it's because it's like you know thing life grows from it like and so even like you know excrement is like good for like things growing out of it right I mean so there's everything
is kind of like has its use but also we're also on this residue of the physical realm I don't know if we're in the fourth fourth like shadow of like the what what is real we're we're a copy of a copy of a copy of a copy basically and That's how we're we're the residue like the lowest form
of the physical manifestation of it. Yeah. Yeah. I I don't know if I'm uh describing it right, but yeah. So there but so there'll be basically like there'll be prayer to whoever you want to pray to like that's you know that's um basically like your own relationship with the most high. It can be with you know your deity your favorite deity or
even if you're not religious it can be just a higher aspiration or your own idea of something. I mean, so it's not it's a non-denominational kind of thing because I studied all religion and I basically come to the conclusion that it's like it's a tool and so they're not like something they're I mean they're or they're something they're not they're not in itself. It's not just the
religions there without the humans. It's the humans that create the religion. Okay. So um so it's not about putting any kind of like nor is the cold about about pushing any kind of um um strong dogma down that you have to like like
it's all about basically we are all our own cult. We we all but we're all we're all different. We're all the same too because we all have that the spirit, right? The spirit is like the universal, but then we're all in these different manifestations and different experiences. And so, but so we're both the same and different, right? People just see the difference
sometimes, but we know how similar we are. The human human body is the blueprint that basically works the same for everybody or should, right? Sometimes it doesn't work out that way, but that's what's called extraordinary. Extraordinary. Am I out of freaking
Okay. Well, whether like we follow patterns, right? We do follow patterns, but that's also if we if we can learn pattern recognition, right? That can help us a lot because then we know where we're going. We can see like history repeating itself. we can see how the cycle works and what's the steps in the cycle are then having some awareness
there. I like it too, Sassy. And that's what it's really about. Like I mean it's like so I got so off track with some of the you know some of the guests that just really don't give a about spirituality or self-improvement. It's basically just a lot of a lot of people that are just like, "Oh, where's the Where's the bull?" Like let's like laugh at somebody. And I don't want that. It's
like I know I've taken part in some of that, but I uh I have a higher aspiration for myself and hopefully I want to I want to do good for you guys so everyone can do well and like everyone can do better, right? Part part of that is going to be like releasing a lot of these judgments we have because it's so fun to like have a judgment on
something because then it's like we can take the attention off ourselves for a second which we are desperately insecure about ourselves, right? And we can say, well, that person is worse or that person. It's like, no, are they are they really worse? I mean, yes, maybe if they're like, you know, a serial killer, but if they're just But normally, we all have We all have like, you know, stuff in our head. We incorrect
perceptions. We have skewed things. Sometimes it's our fault. Sometimes it's for from childhood programming. Sometimes it's from adult programming, right? There's a lot of things going on. The key is we can reprogram ourselves for the best, for the better, right? We're not like people say, "Oh, well, you change." Well, we we'd hope people change, right?
Because it's like if they don't, that's a stagnancy. That's like that's like not growth. That's why we grow and we we change throughout life is because we go through different phases and there's different lessons we can learn. Um, it's a cycle, right? I look like a guy Martin. I thought you called I thought you said I look like a gay martian. For a second I was a little bit offended. I'm just kidding. Yeah. So
just but just remember it's like you know we can our our minds will take us all kinds of places. We don't have to like identify with every thought we have. Just because we have a thought we can we can have every any thought right? Sometimes there's thoughts that are compulsive and we can't we're like I want I don't want to have this thought. You don't have to identify so strongly with the thoughts. They're not you. There are things going through your mind. They could be coming from other places. They could be coming from
outside of ourselves. They could be coming from our own inner voices. and things like that. We can hear them just but we can hear them. We don't have to like take them so seriously, right? Because we can think anything and people there's people that want us to think certain things. That's what so much of the culture is about programming. That's why it's mind control is like so so
powerful. Um you know um because what is mind? Mento mento the mentos. Okay. The minds uh what is government? Government mentos to control the mind. Government is mind control. It is controlling the mind. So the world works a certain way. Does it have to work that way? No. It's set up
that way, right? And we believe it and we follow it and we we have traditions to like reinforce it. At the end of the day, there are creations. So we can be mindful about are we just following somebody else's ideas and creations? Are we putting ourselves into it? Are is there like the universal
meaning to it more than just the parent? Right. Yep. Exactly. Sassy different path I mean and it's like just so but it's like the people that are just so happy to be judgmental especially people that call themselves Christians. I mean it's like people that call themselves Christians. Do you know that Jesus was like you know very about love and non-judgment and
forgiveness. I mean, it's like so many of these unforgiving, judgmental people are like basically you're worshiping a man who like are you worshiping him because he like was killed and you were happy about that? I don't understand why some people they're so anti-Jesus but they're call themselves Christian. They don't exemplify any of these Christlike qualities. So, I get confused. It's like why are they calling themselves Christians? Why are they the moral
authority when they're not even teaching what Christ taught? Right? Um that's just a interesting thing to think about, right? I mean, I think if Jesus saw most of the Christians today, he would be horrified and he would be running away from them. They'd probably be trying to unalive him, right?
Yeah. More more of all Mr. Psyche sub sailing in the same boat. Oh, yeah. Jesus is Palestinian. Well, right. I mean, he was a Nazarene. He also went to went to mystery school in Egypt and like, you know, Middle East. I don't know what it is. What is it now today? Israel or something. I'm not sure. Uh I don't I
don't know if how much of it is true. How much of the Bible is just a scop? I mean, just think about it. It's like, oh, well, here's these thousands of years old books we have from philosophers. Well, wasn't the printing press invented in like 1500? So, why are there all these huge long books by these philosophers from Greece 2,500 years ago? Like, how did they write those
books on papyrus? Really? I mean, it's like these are long, long books. Like, they just were in everything's in these scrolls. How do they get published in I mean, it's I just have all these questions about the publishing industry before the 1500s. I don't know. Maybe I'm thinking about it too much. But people are just willing to believe, oh, there's history. It's in a book. It was written. How about a lot of
stuff could be written a hundred years ago. Put a little T and burn the edges of it. You have like a ancient manuscript. Really? I mean it's like oh well we did carbon dating on the paper well how about just use old paper then then the paper will of course carbonate as old but how about the ink on top of it and how about this kunea form and the
sumerians oh yeah we have these clay tablets you know these clay tablet and we just carve in these oh and these clay tablets all survived you know 5,000 years they're made of clay my things from ceramics class didn't last you know two months we have these clay tablets that are a million years old I mean I I don't understand. I first heard about palm leaves about 5 years ago. I found the idea of their existence very interesting, but to be honest, at first, I was quite
skeptical. I mean, who wouldn't be? Until that time, my mindset and my beliefs were based on the facts and universal laws that I've been taught throughout my life. The fact of ancient manuscripts that contain guidance and the future lives of specific people wasn't something I could easily wrap my head around.
