I just said I fell. I said I'm gonna fall. I did. I fell on the grass. I spilled. It was like um I went up like like a little I went up on the library grass and I just spilled on it. I do that. I say I do later. I say it later, but I was kidding.
Yeah, that I didn't I didn't get hurt at all. I wasn't hurt that day basically. But that next day, like when I was riding out like I like my seat was still too high like I scraped my arm and then I lowered I figure how to lower the seat. I had to find it said
ask someone on panel to fix it. No, I asked my neighbor um if he if he would and he he uh he did. Thank you to him. Yeah, I could have I could have I could have ran into a tree, but then I lost my phone like like like I put my phone in the back of my pocket and it fell out right right
there. Right. Right. That happened. it fill out again and I didn't have it when I and I was like I like I like I was like searching the street I was like thought I just I was like my new phone and then I like it turns out I'm okay I'm okay
guys it was a was a joke the tree okay there's no there was no I just fell off the
bike.
Yeah, it would be funny if I would have had my desk my dash cam on like a photo. It's like not great because it's like it doesn't seem to like my phone's a little bit fat with like
the I have it. Yeah. But I can't I don't think I don't think anyone wears helmets around here. Like I I never I never see people in helmets really unless they're like serious bikers, you know? like they're like, you know, like you know, they're on the spandex and stuff, but like the
whole some people are go like the whole like biker outfit. I didn't The grass is all okay, but no grass was
harmed. And it's like the civic center. And so it's the police stations right there. the Oh, and then after but when I was at uh when I was leaving Starbucks like so at Starbucks then I I like then at Starbucks it was a disaster. Okay, so this is what happened that morning. I went to Starbucks. I
picked up my coffee. I went okay go outside and like okay I have to hold my coffee and I get on the bike and I I oh instantly I drop I I spill the coffee instantly. Okay. And so then um I like order or I went in and I asked if I could have another one I think. But um but I fell into the bushes and like
stuff and then I like there's like this much coffee left and I just chugged it and then um did the brief seen me fall? I don't think so. You got home and your cat claw you. So you said a you had a rough morning. Yeah. Well yeah that that was marbles. Marbles like marbles was very sweet. He like curled up to me like all day, but then if they if you touched him and stuff like that, he'll like call
you and I don't think the briefest saw me fall because but they did they did uh they did give me a free coffee but they I said I fell like I almost walked back and I was like I'll walk back to the my phone so I I walked back to the Starbucks but when I was walking out so and then that's when my bike So but that's when my bike fell kind of fell over and got misaligned. So that was like the second
time the bike fell, right? And then I was like, "Oh, fuck." Okay. So then I was like walking across the So the bike was all misaligned. I'm walking like like all like having fallen twice like like such a mess and like like biking with like with the the whole like wheel sideways. The
lady like are you? It's like this black lady came by. She's like, "Are you okay?" I was like, "Yes.
It's so funny. Oh, any helmet? I don't know. Nobody wears one right here.
It is a fast bike. It goes 20 It goes about 25 miles an
hour. Yeah, they're just Yeah, they like Yeah, they're so cool. I love it.

The only thing is like um if you go um I don't know if you drive or not, they're definitely going to take your driver's license away. I've never I've never bothered uh you know I mean it's for your safety. I had a gym trainer one time and I like went and like started driving a little bit just to drive because you know I've never bothered

you have a horrible bruise on on your back. I think we should get it checked out even though um you don't want to. It's if what if it happens again and then nobody's there and you're just lying there like if you have to be on medication, it's just a pill. I know it happened to my friend and you know Yeah.

the underlying issue of why this is happening you know I started drinking a vegetable juice so Would you maybe I start, you know, getting better from that or at least start having uh I don't know things
different, but uh I don't know. I forgot what you were saying. Just saying he had a seizure. He had a seizure and and he fell and uh and he was a teenager. Like they're not they're nothing new, but they've gotten way worse. like lava.

know, I I never liked big dogs. Never ever did I like big dogs. I always kept my dogs under 10 pounds. Um, we brought we we found Fozzy through a search, but we know he was going to be big. We thought he'd be about 60 lb. I'm like, "Okay, I can do this. He's cute.
He's curly. I can adjust to him." He grew up to be 110 lbs. But my god, he is like Eeyore. He walks around and just like, "Is it snap time yet?" I think he he thinks he's a cat. I don't know what he thinks he is, but he doesn't realize he's a dog.
So cute. And the funny thing is like um even when he was little, a puppy, he never peed in the house. He potty trained instantly. He he wouldn't get up. I took him into the doctor so much his first year of life because I'm like, "Something's wrong with him. He's not a puppy. He's not chewing on things, destroying things, running through a
house, knocking people over. what's wrong with him? The doctor ran all these tests and say, "Just count your blessings. You got a good dog." It's like, "Okay, fine. But I just feel something's wrong. This isn't normal." But no, they did blood work after blood work after blood work and scans and poop studies and everything.
A She just got a good one. He did. He told me like, "So, if you try to like rub his belly, will he let you?" Oh, yeah. Yeah. That's why you know you have like a what is it called? They have the alpha dogs that are not going to let you do that. You just got a sweetheart. Oh no. I could I could start petting his head and it's like he melts and just flops on the floor. I can't tell you. I
think he has brain damage from hitting his head on the floor all the time. Oh, speaking of that, uh Dehi was saying that he had two seizures. One in May one on May 8th and then one yesterday. And I mean, he seems fine, but I think you got to go figure out what's really going on. Can you show Show your Can you show

All you got to do is turn around where you should be able to see. Oh. Oh, no. No no no no no no no no no no no, no, no, no, no. Your spleen is there and your kidneys there. It's funny, isn't it? And well, you know, if you do anything to your spleen, you can bleed to death internally. You need to go have that checked out, though. No, no, no, no, no.
But normally I I think I only I don't know if I only had one seizure that uh but Well, that looks like more than one. May 8th was the last time I had a seizure supposed Oh, that I know of. You know, I could have them in my bed. Well, you don't know how many seizures you have when you're what they call postto
after a seizure. When you come out of it, it could take 24 hours, but you could have another seizure. You could have repeated seizures and you know every time you have a seizure it's lack of oxygen to your brain. You know that right? No. Is that it? Are you a doctor? Well my Here's my
question. Tell me some stuff. And I'm I'm not here to judge you. I'm not here to convince you because I have learned in life you can't save everybody and you can't save somebody you don't want saved. And you can't fix something that the person don't think is broke. Okay. But with that being said, you do realize when people are drinking, they have
malabsorption. When they have malabsorption, that affects um your potassium, your sodium, your magnesium, which can cause seizures and heart problems. I've had the seizures since I was a teenager. So Okay. So, do you take medication for your seizures? No. And
they've gotten worse. Why do you not take medications for your seizures? Um, I don't know. You do know that a seizure disorder and it sounds like it might be epilepsy, but I don't know how often you have them and I can't, you know, I can't I cannot diagnose at least once a month. And uh what I was
saying earlier was uh like the last time it happened was uh May 8th, but uh normally I think it only happened one time that night and I didn't wake up. Normally I wake up. You don't know how many times you have them is what I trying to tell you. Up and like somebody and I'll be like
I didn't make any sense. Sorry. I'm still How do you know you're having seizures? Well, do you get what we call auras? Whenever somebody like witnessed one, you know. Okay, so here's my question. Do you get what we call auras? Like um I
have seizure disorder. So prior to having a seizure, I smell like metal. It's called an aura. Some people see lights. I feel like that all the time. I feel like I'm like radiating and like that. I don't know. Like I've never gotten checked out. So
like I've never talked to anybody that really knew about seizures, I guess. So do you do you go Okay, I'm going to first tell you that many different things could cause seizures. It could be epilepsy. It could be induced by medication, low labs, um
liver problems, anything like that. Um, it doesn't seem to be from like uh like it's it doesn't seem to be photosensitive or whatever. Like see like police lights trigger me. Strobe lights will trigger me to have a seizure. Video games trigger me for a seizure.
Yeah. I don't ever I play a lot a ton of video games. Doesn't seem like they ever do it. Like Well, here's the first thing you need to do. Do you you need to start seeing a doctor? They need to do lab
work going June 20th. Okay. Possibly. What do you mean possibly? I have very bad memory. Okay. Well, you got it on your calendar or anything written down that's going to alert you? I have somebody that helps me remember stuff. Okay. Okay. I'm going to You
don't have to answer this question and I'm just going to say this. I'm not going to put it a question for You do know that um seizure disorder is a disability, correct? Yeah. Okay. I I you know, I mean, life's pretty hard when you don't have a driver's license and live out in the middle of nowhere. Especially in Florida, I had things a
lot easier. But, uh I live in Florida. Yeah, in Florida it was pretty easy. I was getting a ton of work. But luckily I wasn't having a seizure like that I know of. Well, here's what my concern is. A, something's going on in your brain that they need to do a scan on. B. Stress. Do what? Can it be
stress? Well, if you're predisposed, you know, it can, but stress isn't normally what's going to cause a true seizure. But you want me to tell you what will, and you're not going to like my what I'm going to say. Sure. Go ahead. Drinking can cause seizures. Yeah, I know that it's not
good. Um, and my concern with that bruise on your side, I would go have it evaluated because your spleen is right there and your spleen can be have a small hole in it, a puncture, a bruise, and start bleeding internally, and you need your spleen for clotting. Um, well,
what do you think if my like arms and legs hurt 10 times worse than my back? Like my back doesn't really hurt. That's not uncommon because during a seizure all those muscles um contract. I'm saying like should my back be hurting way worse if because you have more muscles in your arms and legs and that's what normally
will contract during a seizure. So, it's a lack of oxygen getting to that those muscles. So, between the oxygen and the contracting of those muscles, like my seizure, I haven't had one in decades. I have been very blessed. I have mine under control. Um, you realize that I only drink like once a week. Well, and I understand that. No, no, no. I'm not I'm
not saying I'm not I'm not judging, okay? Don't get me wrong. I'm not judging. I'm telling you, I do not drink at all. Like, okay, but you know, it's kind of like it's kind of like let's say somebody can take and we're all different. Let's say somebody takes 10 ibuprofen a day, you know, by take aspirin. No, no, no. But what I what I'm trying to say is that somebody could
take 10 ibuprofen a day and if they do that for a month, they may start having liver problems because of the ibuprofen. Whereas somebody else could take 10 ibuprofen for 10 years and it's not going to phase them because their body does different things. Um, well, what do you think about this? This girl one time, she gave me these pills that are like pills that helped you get off of like I think
they're like oxyona or something. They're the strongest pill you get. And she gave me two of them. And then I took them both that night and she lost her because she was like, "You could have killed yourself and that would have come back to me." Like, but I have an extremely high tolerance. So like, you know, well, that's what you think. You may think your brain has a
high tolerance, but our organs have like an extremely high tolerance over compared to other people. I know, but our organs don't. Our organs don't. Like, and I'll tell you, for example, when we're in the ER and we got to sedate somebody, somebody who drinks like more than six drinks a week, we have to use more sedation
medication because their body does tolerate certain things. So we have to give more. And somebody who drinks like two drinks a day daily, they require more. That is why when you go to a hospital, you go to surgery or anything like that, that is why they always ask the question, do you drink on a regular
basis month daily, monthly or anything like that because not that they're judging, but it kind of helps with medication wise what we know you will or will not tolerate. And like we try to somebody like who you know it doesn't drink, doesn't take drugs, doesn't even
smoke pot. I could give them one10enth of somebody who smokes pot and drinks three times a week. I uh metabolism, you know, I want to smoke weed, too. Well, I'm telling you, I would rather see somebody sit there high every day than I would somebody to drink once a
week. Well, I'm drinking vegetable juice now, too. Make sure you look because certain things like I can't cuz I have a plateless disorder and I'm using me as examples, not that I want to tell everybody my medical and I could be lying. It may not be my medical, but for example, I can't eat
avocado because I have a bleeding disorder and avocado lowers your platelets. So therefore, I won't clot. There's something that like thickens your blood. That might be what was in it. Well, those bruises do need to be evaluated. Hunt, I know you don't like that answer. And I don't ever want to go
to the doctor or any of that Well, you may not want to, but do you want to be found dead in two days on the ground because you have internal bleeding and nobody knew it. And not only that, dehive, like you got to like find the root cause of why this is happening, which is seizures. And all you need is probably just a pill a day
to control the seizures because what if you're out at work, you know, driving, we're just coming from care, but you do whatever you think, you know. Yeah. Um your I think your first step is to go get those bruises evaluated. Yeah. And they'll they'll do blood work at that time even to make sure your
clotting factors in your liver enzymes ain't from somebody saying in chat those ain't from no fault. Do what? Somebody said in chat those ain't from no fault. Well, I'm not even reading chat, sweetheart. You know that, right? I was just reading it. I know. I'm not even reading chat. I am talking to you only because you know knowledge is power
and sometimes one person may see something that they add no big deal other people may see something and say oh my god you got to run to the yard right now and and some people don't have any experience and they just you know with with just common sense knows that something wrong and then you got somebody like me who's been a nurse for over 25 years and I've worked er trauma
you are somebody that does need to be seen and I'm And trust me, I do not I don't even go to the ER unless I'm near my deathbed. I'm promising you. I'm working on it. And uh yeah, you know, happy that I have like, you know, a
floor that isn't, you know, solid. Well, where any you got anything solid or anything like that, you need to go be seen. And I know that sucks hearing it. And I and I I will tell you and I don't know if you have insurance or not and and I don't care but here's what I am
going to tell you. Almost every single hospital across the United States a they cannot turn you down from being well every hospital in the United States cannot deny you I'm going to hospital emergency room. Right. Right. And then here's the other thing. They have foundations through every hospital, a
foundation for uninsured and underinsured. Yeah, I know. Don't let money be a concern. Okay. Because they're Yeah. It's just like, you know, after the seizure, I I do not feel like it. I'm just exhausted. I just want to
lay down in bed and go to sleep, you know? Yeah. That's why you need to go get checked out. I fell down one time. I was doing mushrooms, chocolate bar mushrooms, not even like pure ones. I mean, you're getting an entire body workout. Like every muscle in your body feels like you out more than you've ever done in your life. And I and I
understand that. But I'm going to tell you something that it is common if you have a seizure to have another one within 24 hours after that. Yeah. I had two seizures like back to, you know, back to back. Hours. I'm not talking about hours later. I'm talking about I have a
seizure and then supposedly I'm like I stop having the seizure. I guess stop like convulsing or whatever I'm doing and then I start having it again. You know, the whatever I guess. And you've never been diagnosed with a seizure disorder? What do you mean? I probably What do you
mean? Like gone and got medicine for it? I think I a d a diagnosis. Did they tell you that you have um sometimes they call it idiopathic seizures? And I and I've had the double seizure and like they witness the seizure. But but my question is have you been diagnosed by a doctor for like um epilepsy or seizures of
unknown origin where they call it idiopathic seizure? Epilepsy. You do have epilepsy? Yes. And I have grandma seizures. Okay. And you don't take medications for it? No. I might have taken them when I was a teenager, like for a second, and then stopped taking it
because I think I don't know if it was the medication that I took uh if it was for epilepsy, but I went to my friend's house and I collapsed in his yard like just making it there. And then, you know, my mom had to come pick me up and I I stopped taking that medicine.
And I don't know if that was for supposedly that was for epilepsy. I don't know. Well, but when you have epilepsy, you can't just stop taking medications. You you have to continuously. This is like what 20 years ago.

Um, how long how long till I like really have to go and do this? Well, I would go now. I can't get like another night's sleep. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. You realize you can have a seizure while you're sleeping and not realize it until
the next day when you wake up and again you see more bruises, your body hurts, things are broke. Well, like Yeah. I mean, this is the first time I've I guess gotten this big of a mess from a season. It looks pretty bad, sweetheart. Yeah, I'll know that I've woken up from
a seizure normally when I'm like waking up in bed and I'm just sore from head to toe my muscles, you know. Yeah. Well, and that's because you your your muscles tighten up and when your muscles tighten up the the blood flow that's carrying the oxygen don't get
into the muscle and that's why you have that ache. It's like you just did a 500 mile race and lift it 5,000 lbs 100 times. Do you think that uh me when I was a kid I used to like you breathe in like super
fast real like heavy in and deep, you know, uh in and out and then uh like hold your breath like hold your and then you like kind of pass out. Well, this is what I used this is what I used to tell my children when they were younger and they and they'd hold their breath to pout. I say, "Go ahead, close
your breath. You'll pass out and start breathing again." But this was like I was black like couldn't you your eyes would be open and you couldn't see. You were holding your neck. Yeah. You breathing like super super fast in in and out. So you are self strangulating that thing that
everybody did way back then. They bre they did this hyperventilation where you start breathing in out, hold your neck and then pass out. Yeah, that's not a good thing. Do you think that might have anything to do with the seizures? Well, it was 20 years ago. Like I I think it might have been like, you know, before the seizures. So I don't know. You know,
I I I'll be honest. I'm not a doctor. I'm just telling you, me as a human, me as working with somebody, I would suggest going to have it looked at. Yeah. Um because they need to they need to scan you. What
is that? What I'm going to need to get an X-ray? Well, they may do a CT or an ultrasound to check for bleeding. X-ray, they'll check to see if any fractured lungs or not fractured lungs, um, any fractured rib bones or anything, but I think they'd be more concerned on checking your spleen and your kidney
because your spleen and kidney is right there. It's it it's Which side's it on? It looks like it was on the left side. Am I right?
Okay, that's your left side, right? Correct. Yeah, I guess. Yep. Right on my left side. Yeah. So, that is where your kidney is. And the upper one is right where your spleen is at and your lungs in there, too. But your your spleen, but yeah, you need to go be evaluated.
Well, thank you for the advice. And nobody can make you, but I would highly suggest it because I'd be concerned there's something wrong with the spleen. You don't think it's just a giant bruise from falling on the chair? It very well could be, but I can't see that. First of all, I can't touch it. Second of all, I can't listen to it.
Third of all, I can't palpate it. And fourth of all, I can't scan it with my eyes. I do not have that X-ray vision. Damn it. Um, I wish I did. Like, would you think it'd be like more swollen if it's uh bad? No, those areas don't normally swell. It's not swollen at all.
Like, those areas do not normally swell, honey. And that's why, and the reason they don't swell is because you have um empty spaces in that area. The swelling is going to go inside versus externally. you have a a you have a skeleton on the
inside of that. So, the skeleton is not going to allow the swelling to come out that way. It's going to make it go inside. Does that make sense? Yeah. I just uh But I'm going to tell you, you you do need to have it looked at and like yesterday.
