Definitely. So soul solitude. When your soul needs attention, there are moments when it's important to get away. Not Oh, this is why I asked about the lake, too, right? It's like this all just correlates. It's lovely. So, not just
from the annoyance outside of the outside world, but to find a place where your soul can experience peace and quiet, a place for soul solitude. This is a time to pause, a time to reflect, and a time for you. So, you're just just keep doing what you're doing. I feel like you already know that though, so there's nothing that me or psych can say that's not just giving you clarity for what you've already already feel, know,
and and see, right? Um, but it is nice to hear it from someone else that is like, "You're not crazy. You know exactly what you're talking about and what you're doing and that you can listen to yourself." And I feel like that soul solitude gives you that clarity like when you do that. It's like I you can trust your own advice. You can trust yourself and what you do and believe in it, you know, but everything

don't like I'm a bad person or you know you're a good dude like you you have a genuine heart you know like you you have a playful nature to you as well so I wouldn't trip too much on what other people think because their
judgment of you doesn't change you you know it doesn't it can't shape the core that you have, you know, you just got to let I'm rubber your glue, You know what I mean? Like trying to fly above it. I That's my advice. It's hard

Um, it's difficult because of the way that the community is, you know, and it's like split up and people are doing their little over
here and over there and whatever. You know what I mean? So, it's it's just I don't know. It's it's hard, you know. I can tell you it's hard. It's difficult having people talk about you, your situation or whatever, you know, and past judgment. But, um
it's you got to you got to learn how to like throw it off, you know, just like like almost like you're wearing a cape, right? Like you're wearing your superhero cape and it's like stuck to your back, right? But like these people are talking and doing whatever. You just got to like this cape up and
fly high, you know? Yeah. That that that whole thing probably looks funny on camera, but you know, it's just one of those things. Uh it's not easy. I can't I wish I had a solution for for cyber bullying, honestly. But Oh, yeah. I wouldn't I wouldn't worry too much about it. Like
it's there's going to be little things here and there, but I think I think from what I've seen, Kate like enjoys you or enjoys watching you at least. So, um, you know, my perception could be off. I know it's been off a little bit lately. So, but yeah, I wouldn't trip. You're a

I noticed that in your guys' community, there's a lot of tit, you know, where like someone says something or they don't like someone else and so they try
to persuade you not to like someone else. It's happening the same in in our community, you know, in the one name Copwatch community, you know, just nice, you know, you get here um people that, you know, are Eli fence and whatever to the people that are chill,
you know, it's because they have pledge allegiance over there to to the channel owners. But just can't let that ego, you know, work on that that ego. Um trying to let that down. And uh if anything, my advice would be talk to
Kate directly about it. Yeah. Well, I haven't seen her in my chat for a while. I don't I'm just trying to stick to my own chat and like I don't talk in their chats because I just get attacked in every chat I go to. Even Lisa's chat. I can't go to Lisa's chat anymore. me and like and then you know and then oh like you say this is troll you or blah blah blah blah and so I can't like I just don't want and she I know she doesn't believe it and like you know but I don't want to bother anybody. I used to send people to people's chats and like try to help people's chats, but
people just go in and say, "I'm trying to like troll the chat. I'm trying to so I can't I can't do it anymore. So, I'm not in chats anymore." Well, don't don't let that like stop you from doing it. You know, like that sounds like a day problem. You know what I mean? Right. But they say they don't they don't know, especially the smaller streamers and they they they see me and then people,
oh, look at this. there's this weird guy and then they they get the weird thing that happens all the time between me too because of my hair. Oh, you must Yeah. But, you know, like it's just one of those things. So, don't let that um try to hold any bearing on who you are or

screw. Maybe reverse cowboy me and my hubby. Like I don't know. So in the bedroom, but um busted a titanium screw. Emma would always say um the body is like the meat soup. She would call it meat. She's like, "Oh, this is my meat soup."
And so, you know, but just think of it like, you know, your body's like a like a car, you know, it's like and you know, cars will eventually break down, you know, human body will eventually break down, you know, it'll need repairs.
Sometimes there's, you know, accidents and there's more extensive things, but it is really just the body. We're not going to have this body forever. It's a very limited time compared to all the time that's ever existed. We're we're just little tiny little blip blip in time. And this and so
I believe we have a consciousness and positive. It'll just look for the consciousness will look for a look for a body and like and so I think that's what the spiritual world is like finding the right body for your conscious to enter. Yeah. whatever it may be, you know. Yep. And
also our life is probably pretty much our soul knows what what is getting into when we get when we go in this is not and all all the soul want is experience. And so, and once we're free from the human brain, like we'll be able to tap back
into that ageless time, you know, that is in our that our soul has um while we're stuck in our human body, it's different, you know, um because we're controlled by the brain. So, interesting thing. That's why so much of meditation.
