Summary
Egyptian mythology: Sekhmet is a lion-headed goddess who nearly destroyed all of humanity. The gods placated her by mixing beer with food coloring to trick her into thinking it was blood; she drank it, fell asleep, and stopped the destruction. Psyche and panelists discuss this as an example of Egyptian sophistication with magic.
