Yeah, that's what I'm saying. golfers, uh, you know, if you're going to play golf, it's not because you're poor, right? It's or so, I think I think that there's probably a very good market there. Yeah. Around here, we around where I am, we have golf courses all over the place and they're always full. People I know that
play golf, they're like, I can't get a tea time until two weeks or whatever. You know what I mean? Yeah. No, it's great. And I already know how to do everything there, right? So like what they would be doing is just handing over the business as is when they sell it because my friends own it. And then so if my other friend buys it then it's just like I already know what the like it's already like established.
Everything's established. It just has so much potential. It just needs upgrades. And then you can do whatever you want with it plus grow. And there's also like um there's also uh two like a modular home and another home attached like a house attached to the clubhouse that was my friend's mom's but she's in the hospital so she's not living there anymore. So there's but then there's actually like rental properties on the place as well or where you can live. So
there's rental income opportunity. And now do you do you sell like annual memberships or is it like public first come first serve? No, it's it's it's it's all of it. So you have you can have your memberships and there's leads and then there's also, you know, just the public can come in as well. So members get priority when it comes time to play, right? Yeah. Yeah. Absolutely. Of course they do. But they also have certain nights that are dedicated like certain
days that they have that they come in and they get specialties and and they get to do their own thing and have their own freedom as well. Yeah. Any other amenities in the club besides golf? You have like I don't know weight room. There's there's a storage unit. There's storage units. There's the campground. There's um the Cooper's Pit, which is kind of somewhere you can go fishing and swimming. It's right by the river. like
this that's so it's very very very very profitable like in the sense of if you're going to be you know looking into buying something like that there's no way that you can fail. Sounds like a good opportunity. Yeah. Yeah. And it's been here forever. It's one of the like oldest you know it's it's an older one. So it's been around this place for a long time. And people come from like big cities around here just just because they've had a great experience. It's for
the experience, right? And it's actually not an easy course. It's a little bit more laid-back. It's not super like swanky, but it definitely um it's hard course. Like I've had it's one of the harder courses I've ever played and I've been to a lot of places. Cool. Yeah. So, yeah. Anyways, that's what I do. Um and then I'm also an artist and a mom and I'm going to go to
school um and I think in the winter time and take some upgrading with my medical career or I'm going to go and do realtor license or something like that. I don't know. You said real estate. Mhm.
