been sending me these quiet little reminders of his mercy and his faithfulness and just how amazing he is. And it happened again this morning. Next month will be a year since I had this major life-saving surgeries. A perfect example of that. I filmed this exactly
the same week last year. I had a really bad pain day today. Really, really bad. Lots and lots and lots of pain. I don't know how these photos were picked to come on here and just play, but like I want to look like her again. I want to be healthy again. I don't want to be again.
>> Hearing that just absolutely breaks my heart. Remembering that I couldn't even fathom that I was one day going to get better. I was having to take really heavy pain medication to just get me through the day. And all I desperately wanted was to have my old life back. Fast forward to this morning and I go to
my doctor's office because I need to get my port flushed. The first thing is the fact that I have to go in regularly now to get my port flushed because it's not being used on a regular basis like it was before already. Huge blessing. So thankful. If
you've been to an oncology office and you get either chemo or infusions, you know the room with all of the big recliner chairs. And going into that room is such a very humbling experience. So I go back and the nurse says, "Go to your regular chair." Now my regular
chair is just a regular chair. It's not at one of the recliners. So another just tender mercy. So I sit in my little spot. I noticed this man who instantly just reminded me of my dad. He looked like him. He was wearing a shirt that my dad would wear and then sort of just
zoned out and was daydreaming. And I sort of look up and the man who I noticed walked up to me and he handed me something. He didn't say anything. He just smiled and handed me this and it says, "Jesus loves you."
Sweetest moment. And I'm sharing this because I want to pass on this reminder that yes, Jesus does love you and his grace and his faithfulness is always going to be there ready and waiting to see you through to the other
