I Let are Well continue my story. I was reading the goose girl Okay I'll show you this story and it's almost done. It's very short story

So Anyway, I'll start at the story over again An old queen whose husband was dead had a beautiful daughter who was betrothed to a prince in a distant kingdom When the princess was leaving for the marriage the queen gave her many valuable items all suitable for the royal dowry
Among the wedding gifts was especially beautiful golden cup for the queen loved her daughter with all her heart a Waiting maid was also given to the princess to accompany her and deliver her safely into the hands of the bridegroom While both the princess and the waiting maid were given horses for the journey the princess's force the princess's horse falada could talk
After an hour of departure the mother went to the bedroom and cut her finger with a knife Three drops of blood fell on a white handkerchief and the queen had placed under her finger The queen then gave the handkerchief to the princess cautioning her to take good care of it And she would need it for her journey as they say goodbye to each other. The princess stuck the handkerchief in her bosom After writing a while
The princess became thirsty she asked the maid to go down to her horse go to the stream and Bring up some water in a golden cup the maid replied you go lie down over the stream and drink for I don't want to serve you As a princess drink on the stream. She was filled with self pity saying poor me
The three drops of blood replied poor princess if your mother could see you her heart would break in two The princess was silent as she remounted her horse and rode until she became thirsty again Which when they approached the next stream the princess again asked the waiting maid to go get her water in her golden cup The waiting maid repeated her words to the princess to go lie down and drink from the stream
Well, the princess was drinking the handkerchief with the three drops of blood in it fell out of her bosom and was carried away downstream Although the princess was not aware the waiting maid gloated when she saw the handkerchief fall
Wow now the waiting maid had the authority for the princess was helpless without the three drops of blood Immediately the waiting made took the royal clothes in the talky horse velotta telling the princess to wear the rags and to ride the mag Also being threatened with death the princess had to swear that she would never tell anyone at court about these happenings However, felada saw and remembered everything as
They arrived at the royal palace The prince led the waiting maid upstairs thinking that she was the true bride The princess was introduced to the king as someone who had been picked up along the way When the king was asked to give the princess some work to do he assigned her to help Conrad the boy who tended the geese To keep the truth concealed the waiting maid asked the prince to have felada's head cut off
Saying the horse had caused her trouble when the princess heard the news of these preparations She secretly gave the knacker a gold coin to nail felada's head over the gateway The next morning as the princess passed under the gate with Conrad and the geese She said to the head oh poor felada hanging there the head replied Oh poor princess how sad if your mother knew her heart would break in two
Then the princess and Conrad drove the geese through the fields to the meadow There the princess sat down undoing her golden hair to comb and braid it Conrad attracted to gold hair glistening in the sunlight tried to grab a few strands of hair for himself The princess called on the wind to send Conrad chasing his hat by blowing it here and there in the fields When Conrad returned with his hat
He was angry to discover that the hair of the princess was now back up in a bun and he could not get a single strand The next day the same events were repeated to the gate and in the meadow when Conrad and the princess returned in the evening Conrad went to the king and said he did not want to tend geese for that girl anymore
To the king's questions as to why not the geese her described what the prince and what took place in the gate in the meadow The old king ordered Conrad to go out the next day as usual with the princess and the geese In the morning the king himself hiding near the dark gateway heard the princess talk to philata's head The king also followed the princess and Conrad to the meadow where he hid behind a bush
Then the king saw everything happen just as Conrad had told them that evening the king called the goose girl To him to ask why she did all these things She replied she had sworn under the threat of death never to reveal any of her sorrows to anyone. Since the king can get nothing out of her he told her to crawl into the cast iron stove to pour out all her troubles As he went away the princess crawled into the cast iron stove weeping and wailing saying oh here I am abandoned by the whole world even though I'm the daughter of a king Since a false waiting maid had forced me to give her my royal clothes She has taken my place with my bridegroom now
I live as a goose girl to a menial work if my mother could see all of this her heart would break Because the old king was standing nearby listening He heard all that she said the king told the princess to come out of the stove To be dressed in royal clothes and restored to a rightful place When the son of the old king was summoned to view his true bride he rejoices here beauty and virtue
At the banquet to which all the people were invited The bridegroom sat at the head of the table with the princess at one side of him and the waiting maid on the other Since the princess was so dazzling in her appearance the waiting maid did not recognize her At the end of feasting and drinking the king asked the waiting maid a riddle What punishment would a woman deserve who had deceived her lord in a certain way?
Relating the story as he had heard it from the princess the false bride replied That person should be stripped of her clothing and shut up completely naked in a barrel lined with sharp nails Then two white horses should be harnessed to the barrel dragging it up and down the streets until that person is dead The old king told the waiting maid that the sentence she had just pronounced was her own For she was the woman
After the sentence was enacted the prince married the true bride and they re-ruled the kingdom and in a peace and joy Hey, Electra. Yeah, that was the goose girl

The wizard fetched the second daughter who succumbed to the same fate The clever and wily third sister brought to the wizard's house in life fashion But when faced with the keys in the egg to great care to first secure the egg and enter the forbidden room where she beheld The ghastly scene of her butchered sisters She resembled
She reassembled their body parts and once intact the maiden returned to life with great rejoicing Upon his return the wizard observed the blood-free egg and said you have stood the test You shall be my bride Having lost his power over her and now forced to do her bidding He had to carry without rest a basket full of gold in his back to her parents while she prepared for the wedding
She said I shall look through my little window and watch to see if you stop on the way Umbineness of the wizard the clever bride had hidden her sisters in the basket with the instructions to send help from home Whenever he stood up to rest a voice from the basket cried out.
