No, >> it's not good. >> There is this one girl I ended up I met her like for a day >> like real quick and then a second time I I like talked to her briefly and then the third day they sent me over to this place called
Maplewood. It's an attached section of my building >> that um assisted living instead of the nursing home section. I'm one of the few people that work at the building that can
transition and pass meds. >> So if they need somebody over there because there's a calling or something, they say, "Hey, Laura, you're going over there." >> Okay, fine. So before I I already knew I was going over there and I was taking over for
her, but I went and took a shower the entire time before I went to go see her. This song kept playing in my head. Paparazzi by Lady Gaga. And I go in there and for some reason I had a a few decks in my backpack and I
pull one of the decks out and she's like, "Oh, you do tarot?" I'm like, "Yeah, sometimes." And she's like, "Can you pull for me?" Yeah. Do you have a question? She's like, "No, just pull." Okay. I pulled four cards
and these cards I'm looking at I'm like, "Okay, you have uh somebody you broke up with recently." She's like, "A year ago I broke up with him." Well, there's only four cards on the table. And I'm like, "He's still obsessed with you.
Very obsessed." And she's like, "Oh my gosh, he is. [Music] And she's like, "How did you know that?" I'm like, "I'm looking at the cards." >> And I'm like, "Okay, I'm going to pull some more and I'm going to see why you needed to hear that." And she's like, "I
was just about to ask that." And I was like, I saw like the seven of wands and all that kind of [ __ ] And I'm like, "Okay, all these cards spilled out. What I'm looking at right now is the seven of wands. You need to be very careful of this man. Cut him out. >> Period.
>> And she's like, "Okay, okay." He used to hold me down and try beating me >> type of [ __ ] >> And I'm like, "Yeah, you need to cut his ass out there." No. >> And And you're still hanging around. What? And she's still hanging around
with him? >> Well, she had another boyfriend and I don't know why, >> but I was just like >> so distant history that I wouldn't even remember his name. He'd be gone. >> Well, that's what I was thinking, too. But I was like, "No, he No, he needs to
leave your life. >> Period. You need to Yeah. >> Start making um reports and [ __ ] >> Mhm. >> And she's like, "Okay, okay, okay." I'm like, "Yeah, and record [ __ ] with your phone, too." Yeah. And there's any transactions, >> any conversations or anything. Yeah.
>> That's the thing. But sometimes we can get in these abusive relationships and there's like trauma bonding and there's gasoline. She was only 19 years old.
