asked for you know so I I didn't say just you know get over it or just go get a dog or something but find whatever makes you happy like find something that will love you unconditionally that you can that you can love and will love you back because you need a good source of love always coming into your
life yeah well and we you've been through dark times and maybe that will help help you to guide people in the future you can help people um who've experienced what you've
experienced or get through it because now now you are in the position to help people just don't give up hope you know
um and you can put the intention to improve that and to be there more because if you recognize what where you feel you're lacking you can always build up on that improve on that set intentions to to do better to do to do more um for yourself but I feel you're
doing all you can don't be too hard on yourself okay it's like uh if you get into a sense of Despair that will just snowball into more despair be take it easy on yourself yes be easy on yourself because we're hardest on our own selves more
than more than anybody else is on is on us and so just don't give up and uh wake up with an intention to have a happy day and to find what makes you happy do
things that you want to do and be a joy in other people's lives because I think you're capable of much more than you think you

so I see like the heart chakra there's heart healing that needs to be go me to be happening and the heart chakra says the frequency of the heart chakra the green flower of life supports our capacity to love deeply and unconditionally its healing properties harmonize the mind and the body so this is a if if you're in pain somewhere it
it probably stems from your heart but the heart can heal itself see the beautiful green color it's the color of the earth reminds me of the earth a lot and when you heal yourself you can heal other people

way and the number one thing is belief so the belief in ourselves the frequency of belief supports our sense of self-worth based on our gifts and talents and strong connection to the source so like I said believe in
yourself you have a lot of special each one of us has our own special gifts and our talents and if we just believe in ourselves belief is the number one thing that will give us the energy and motivation and tenacity and belief that we can do what we want
so just believe in yourself that you can get what you want that things will get
better and if and if the universe is giving you a timeout you know it's I've had a timeout it's like it's I call it hermit mode and in Hermit mode you can find you can find out what these gifts are you can spend time with yourself and and uh learn what more what you like and
what you don't like and so if you have a time out just take it as a breather and and take a step back from participating in everything and take time to yourself and then you can emerge and go after what you want okay but believe in yourself
okay and I said that earlier like believe in yourself CU that if you believe in yourself than anything is possible then even if you don't succeed at something you have this belief that you you will succeed or you will find something that makes you happy okay just take the time if you're on a
timeout from the universe take that time to regroup take a deep breath do like meditation go into I love I love dreaming I love sleeping and dreaming and so um you you will things will get better there is the the Sun comes out after the
darkness and After the Dark Night of the Soul there's always it always gets brighter because as dark as it gets the sun always comes out the next day okay no matter how bad things have have been in your life you're still here you're still breathing you still
have the capability to do what you want okay don't give up on yourself and I know it's like it's not easy and it's easy to fall into Despair and disbelief but believe in yourself and know that things will get better I love you
Cal I need to be physically held and yeah well you if you can have people that love you you if you have a support system you go to your support system and ask for
help um talk to the talk to God pray about it every time I prayed about something it's always gotten better you have no well if you have no support system you have you can find find one i' I've been in a position
where I didn't feel like I had support system and and I've asked for help from a higher power and the right people have come into my life and they will and believe that um there's so many different um things to explore like a different kind of groups different support groups um
there's a lot of um people on YouTube that you can chat with find people that share your interests and uh I I that's what I've done I found amazing amazing people and I I continue to meet amazing people every day and
so and for a long time I wasn't talking to anybody and I was very in in my shell agree I was in my shell and uh once I started to get out and talk to people and share a little bit myself with them and find common interest then
I have a a group of people that are so amazing inspire me um love love
me and the passion what makes you passionate what excites you what it's passion is the fire so that there's that wand energy it's that there's something going to be lit up in your heart where you're going to find
something you just love so much that it that it will fulfill you and make you happy the frequency of passion reminds us that beneath every intense emotion lies the Hidden Gem of insight balance and calm even negative emotions you can find this in in them
