Okay, guys. Well, stay turns a little bit quiet. So, I Okay, so I have this book. This is This book is a satire. And this book is like written by written like a book like oh well here's how to you know do some something pretty bad to people. It's um but I was stabbed in the ear
but it's a satire. Okay. So it's like you know it's I can I I'll read the beginning of it actually. It says how to control codependent people takes a satirical approach to shedding light upon a very dark subject. Narcissistic abuse. I wrote this in 2015 and shortly thereafter my life took a turn for the better and I put all this behind me. I actually forgot what it's like to be
codependent. Since then, I've gone further in my research to what underlies toxic interpersonal relationships and I've learned to identify it in government media religion and corporations and the dynamic between these and how they control, influence, and enslave. I believe master slave dichotomy is a fundamental struggle here as we are born into a society which encourages and
rewards lockstep conformity. The book is intended to demonstrate to those struggling with codependency just how narcissists actually view them by reading their playbook codependence should be able to recognize covert abuse and avoid its predicious effects. This is a hypothetical instruction manual which narcissists don't actually need. They all seem to know just how to control and abuse those who have too
much empathy and poorest ego boundaries. Even if this book were to fall into the hands of a narcissist, they wouldn't read it or understand it. Because there's one thing that can be said about narcissists is that they lack insight. I wrote this after waking up to the reality of my own codependence. I was reading old journals and started recognizing patterns in the techniques of abuse employed by all the narcissists in my life. I wondered if they had an
instruction manual, perhaps secret meetings every year, like a witches convention, where they shared notes and tactics. This line of thinking gave me the idea to write an actual manual for narcissistic abusers who want to better control their codependence. Once a codependent becomes enlightened to the fact that they are being abused and most likely gaslighted, the power of the
abuser quickly dissipates. Knowing is empower knowledge is empowering and this book will empower victims of narcissistic abuse to break free of their bondage both past and present and it will inoculate them against future abusers. If this is your first time coming across this material it will open your eyes to the diabolical minations at work in the world around you because for the first time you'll see it as a devil
season. Okay. So I'll just read I'll read like a couple maybe a couple chapters. So this first chapter, victim selection. It says, 'The world is comprised of masters and slaves. Slaves make up the majority, but what we masters lack in numbers, we more than make up within guile. Like all predators, the human
predator is designed to hone in on the weak and exploitable. These are easy enough to identify once you look past the carefully crafted facade. Behind the facade is a secret shame, which you must address, the low self-esteem. Once you can put your finger on what is behind your target's weakness and identify the cause of their insecurity and shame, they are putty in your hands. Ideal
victims are the ones who try just a little too hard. Those who don't quite fit in. Look for those who care too much others think. Find a compulsive people pleaser. These are the ones who strive a little too hard to please everyone as though their self-esteem rests upon their ability to do everything perfectly to everyone's satisfaction. In other words, you're looking for codependents,
born victims. These naturally self- aacing flagagulants are slaves and they don't even know it. Their hidden mechan masochism cries out for a master to step in and inflict pain, eliminate pleasure and foster dependency. What creates a codependent? Pretty much everything does from tribal collectivism, communism, religion, or any form of collective group think which places the community's
needs above the rights of the individual. This would also include cults, gangs, and not surprisingly, the nuclear family when parent parented by controlling abusive or narcissistic parents. Those who come from such backgrounds are more likely to have suffered emotional, if not physical, trauma in their past, often by care providers. This establishes a lifelong pattern for the codependent, which their
emotional and physical needs are provided by their abusers. When or if they escape the nest, they will fall right into the hands of the next controller. This is because of the years of having the feathers plucked from their wings have left them incapable of self assertion or independence. They leave the nests incapable of flight and plunge right to the ground. These are the ones you want. Their lack of ego, their suppressed personal identity has
left a void within them. This void is what you as their new owner must fill. Being a natural master, your own egocentricity can provide enough motive power for the both of you. Your slave will become your proxy and will identify more strongly with you than with themselves. Your slave will eventually relinquish his or her own tenuous identity in favor of merging with yours.
Control over your codependent is a matter of needs management. You must become their sole supplier, even if this entails sabotaging their present suppliers. Suppliers of what, you may ask? Love, money, food, rest, comfort, affection, meaning, and hope. Think about it. Would you let your neighbor feed your dog scraps from his table? Would you allow your dog to play with your neighbor's kids whenever it wanted
to? Of course not. Anything or anyone the codependent associates with must be ridiculed. You must shame them for even seeking external sources of joy. Yes. Okay. You must become their god and apply God's first commandment. I the Lord am your God. Thou shalt not have any gods besides me. Okay. We'll read one more chapter. I
don't know if you guys like Oh, everyone's leaving. Oh my god, you guys didn't like it. Guys, you don't understand. It's like this is like right. I love the forgiveness. Okay, it's okay if you don't like it. So, while it's tempting to go straight into the process of domination, subjugation, ruination, exploitation, it's important to stress the need for gradually introducing these techniques. Initially, you must treat your slave to be very
well. Get them hooked on your affection and attention. Make addicts out of your victims. Codependences are star for love, attention, and affection. The thicker you lay it on now, the harder they'll fall later. The harder they fall, the more desperately addicted they will become to your control. During the initial phase of a relationship, get to know your codependent inside and out. Take note of but temporarily overlook
the flaws or weaknesses. Or better yet, bond over them. Find that beer belly or crooked tooth endearing. Make them feel supremely confident in their own skin. This is the greatest gift you can give them because it's the exact kind of validation they've been asking for their whole lives. Do not prematurely drop your mask. Do not lose your calm exterior. Your affability will be your
alibi. It will give you plausible deniability which is hugely important when you enter this gaslighting phase which will come later. The more calm you appear now, the more crazy your codependent will appear later when you when they begin to question the version their version of reality. Think of your demeanor as a cage. The more you control you exert over your image, the more
imprisoned they will feel by the weight of your suggestions. Eventually, they won't have any thoughts of their own. They will hand their mind over to you. They will be common authority over every aspect of their life. You will be the common authority over every aspect of their lives inside and out. Okay, I'll read one more part. The three is a lucky number, right? So, it says three. Kill their dreams. Says three. You're going to have to eliminate their
hobbies and more importantly their dreams. If you're going to elicit their most arted desire, their highest aspiration, take it very seriously at first. Allow them to confidently engage in whatever it is that motivates them. Encourage their confidence at first. You must build up their dreams with them at first so that later when you tear them down, you can do so with authority.
Do not prematurely drop your mask. Do not lose your calm exterior home. Okay. Once you've gained their trust and brought their dreams out into the open, you'll be in a powerful position to unleash your one of your greatest weapons, ridicule. They'll use laughter to kill their dreams. You laugh in their faces and accuse them of hubris, pride, and an overblown ego. You'll see their
self-confidence dissipate like smoke. It's as simple as blowing out a candle. If your victim sees you as an authority, use the trust they have in you to plunge the knife in deeper, to twist the knife, especially in public. You must humiliate them just as earnestly as you built them up. For instance, hey guys, you don't know Sarah here is going to write the next American novel. Yeah, seriously. Huh? Yeah, Sarah thinks she's actually going to get published. Such a call out
will elicit the shame response in your victim. People with healthy uh levels of self-esteem uh will stand up for themselves. Therefore, you have to be selective when you choose your victims. This also underscores the importance of targeting those who have codependent tendencies. A codependent fragile ego and low self-esteem cannot handle this form of betrayal. And to avoid feeling the pain, they will abandon their dreams
altogether. This will alienate them from their individuality, causing them to seek the solace of blending in with the group. This is what you want. make your codependent painfully aware of how small and undistinguished he or she really is. And so this is going through this basically the stage of the narcissistic abuse. And so you'll meet somebody,
here's how it goes. Usually you will meet somebody and they will seem like, whoa, this is a person is cool. I mean, it's like they are funny and they're the life of the party. Everyone likes them. Everyone knows them. They're interesting. They're
attractive, charismatic, like and then they're interested in you, right? They come up. Hey, what's they start talking to you. They're interested in you. And this, wow, this is like actually a cool person. Like, how can we talk to me? Right? You can see how this is especially for people that are not social or people that are insecure and this kind of thing, how it can be more effective right?
And this is I tell you this person being a victim of this and I telling you this to avoid being a victim of this. Okay. So, and because people will get married to these people, they'll have kids with these people and and it gets it can get crazy right? Yeah. So, what he's saying is do not do that. You heard do not do that. Even if
you have that attachment, do not make that final commitment. Don't do it. Don't do it. Well, I mean with Oh, I was saying with a with somebody that's a narcissist. Some people don't find out until it's too late. I'm talking about not just a narcissist. I'm talking about a malignant narcissist. Somebody more of like the dark triad with Mchavelian and
uh psychopathic tendencies as well because there's a lot of most people have some level of narcissism that's a healthy level, but it goes to when these people are like, "Okay, well, okay." Okay. So anyway, I'll tell you the cycle of narcissism, narcissistic abuse. So first it is um the idealization phase. And so this will include some love bombing. And so you basically you idealize that. So they
they will idealize you. And so they will be like, "Oh, you're so it'll be like they'll just it'll be really fast. They'll just come into your life. They like they'll be the gifts. They'll be like, you know, the love bombing. They'll be just these shows of affection. They get you roses or flowers. They'll be big bouquets of flowers and they're gonna be perfect. They'll be the perfect perfect mate for about like
three days or you know right a few days easier you do. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And then well then they disappear for you know then they'll they'll be like oh where'd they go? And they're gone for a few days and they'll be back. Okay. But what I'm saying is okay so that it goes idealization then it goes devalue. And so that's when they start like they notice all your insecurities in the idealization phase when they're pretending like everything you do is perfect and right then they
right but they're keeping they're keeping they're keeping the little tab of all your insecurities and things that you know your dreams and all this kind of stuff and they're just putting it filing it away for later and then they will slowly um start to start to you know say these things you know your little security they'll start
to provoke and trigger them and you know and they basically devalue all of a sudden you're not on the pedestal anymore. They're you're not you know they're not answering your calls. They're you're ignoring you down. They'll say oh you're so okay. So a million things. The third stage is the discard phase where they're just all
of a sudden they're gone. You can't get a hold of them. Do they die? Do they hate you? Do they you don't know? And then you're left like what the happened? And then basically you're like that for a while and your self-esteem is like all the way back down and then they'll come back in. It's called the Hoover. And then the cycle repeats itself over forever as long as they can. They will keep it going as long as they can. So I don't know if you have had
experience with that stage turn in your life. You have experienced any narcissistic abuse.
