liver didn't get enough water and I'd be doing um like four um four mile um runs in the middle of the heat. Um and you know I almost had a heat stroke one time. I wasn't being careful and I started getting sick and then I wasn't eating and I just got really sick to where I couldn't even get up one time
and and I wasn't paying attention to the doctors and taking the medication and I ended up in ICU. I was there for a week and then I ended up in the physical rehab. They had me in a wheelchair first. I couldn't even sit up, but I made it through. It took I was there like two months and I got better and then then I was out. So, I'm doing >> So, you're a you're like a you're like great.
