channel. I just promise that
Okay, I'll I I'll jog to the pier. Pier is like two miles. I'll I'll run around the pier for a while. I'm not bringing him back to the panel because he said without the screen. Okay, but guys, so they he said that. Okay, so I'll run to the pier.

mile long. It's about a mile mile run there, mile back. U I'll run around for a while on the pier. Okay. Trying to blackmail me, guys. Guys, you want to support me and send a cash app? Fight the copyright. Okay, I'm going to fight the copyright. Yeah, I don't feel like negotiating with terrorists today. If I want to go to the pier, I'll take a nice
leisurely walk. You know, I call I'll call your bluff. Uh I'll call your bluff. Uh because you know what? Anyone can anyone can try to strike that. You don't own the song. You don't own the song. I'm going to talk to DJ Electra. She created the song. The creator of the song. Okay. Yeah. Because if because if I like start negotiating with terrorists, all of a sudden they're going to be making me like run through hoops and stuff like that.
So, okay. So, no, I don't believe but I don't believe he'll, you know, he can always like reinstate if if I don't stick up to my bargain, but if I run it, then that's me. Yeah. Show the email where you um Yeah, go ahead and post the email where you own that song. Okay. I'd like you to
post that email in the in Kate server, please. Um Alli Master Computer, show me show me the your copyright of and show me the link to where you you bought the copyright for that song. Show me the
link. Krine, you're asking a lot. I'll forget the song. I won't play it again. I know, but it gives me a couple options. It says, you know, um, dispute it or some there's another option. Okay. Hey, Eldo, I know your friend,
Eldo, I will I will do that. It's Ghost. I won't I won't remod him. I tried to make a deal. Run to Good Stuff restaurant there and back will be good. I know where Good Stuff is. I know exactly where it
is. Okay, guys. I'll run to Good Stuff. Okay he's lying. What do you guys
think? You don't He doesn't own it. I'm trying to call DJ Electra. If anyone can find track down DJ Electra, I'd like to talk to her. Okay. Yeah, I'm going to stop giving in. You know, it's like, you know, I'll stand up and fight. I'll stand up and fight if I have to dispute it. I have his
word. I just don't know. I just don't know. I'll run to the good stuff. I know where good stuff is. I'll run there and back. I ran, guys. I ran cross country in high school.
is completely generated by AI. Okay. Yeah, they're going to try to continue to make deals, right? Call the family lawyer. Big strike, right? I was expecting it, but you know what the cool thing is? Like YouTube didn't um they're not um clapping the streams, right?
You can just Yeah. You tired of the bullying. I know. Yeah. I'm just going to leave the song alone from now on. Right. Yeah. Until the strike is up, I can't I won't have people on the panel. Maybe Summer or Beta or
something but otherwise, no panels. Can't copyright AI music,
guys. It's okay, people. It's okay if you guys hate me. I know I know people love me. I know some people hate me. It's okay. Some people hate me. I have until 2 PM to finish the 2 PM is to finish the run. That is 1:54. So, I have six minutes. You're saying I'm
not going to run 5 miles in 6 minutes. It's okay, guys. It's like
It's hard.
It's okay. Guess there's my address, guys. You know, go ahead and post my address. Just attack me like I did something to any of you, right?
Let's keep attacking.
I'm going to crash out. That me ain't lit. Go smoke some pot.
still here. I'll be here until like, you know, we're not going on the run. We're not going on a
run. Villain arc. I know, but guys, is there any way for me to win? Maybe not. What did I do? I don't know. I was like give them a platform to come advertise and come talk and say basically whatever they want to say actually a nice
person. Okay, I'm good.
Say you say whatever you want to say. Basically, I let everyone say whatever they want to
say. Black RG, can you help me out though? Black RG. Not this
time. I'm not going to crash
out. On my own.
You going to cry?
Really? Why you so mean to me? Like was I Did I do anything to anybody? I'm just trying to figure out like what did I do besides just try to have my show let everyone on guys it's like almost like I'm not comparing myself to Jesus but reminds me of Jesus where Jesus was just out there to
share love. He was nice to the drug addicts, the prostitutes, the homeless. He just g you know he didn't care. And then that everyone was like, "Oh, let's do this." And so it's like, "You can stream me up. Go crucify me, guys. You want to crucify me? Then I'll maybe I'll die for all your sins."
Okay. Maybe that's my purpose. It's like so die to die for so all you guys can um can be happy and have all the guilt off you, right?
Maybe I'm Jesus, guys. Am I the Jesus of YouTube? I'm a scarecrow. You string me up. All the crows go around me laughing. If I pick up all my all my all my um my straw out of me. I'm not a very good scarecrow. Huh?
All the scarecrows just land on my shoulder. Hey Vivie, don't say I told Don't be I told you. So don't be a Debbie Downer. Don't be a Debbie Downer. I'm okay. You guys see I have 90 people in the chat right now. Do you know my monetization is still going?
Someone type in the chat um # psyche always wins. low key. You know what? More allegations. More allegations, right? That's what they made. That's what they probably said that Jesus is probably being gangstalked by a bunch of people saying that, right? Oh, I I Oh, that's just insult. Debbie Downer, but you're Oh, psyche. If you would have
listened to me, but you know, it's too late now. You can't. I see you, Vivy. Okay. And you're my mod. Thank you, Charlie. Thank you, Alexander. I'll win this one. I'll win this one. This is just a little bump in the road. Okay. Worst comes to worse, maybe I can monetize the other channel. You know, I I didn't do anything. You know, I think that if and I also like last
time I deleted the stream and so I couldn't um dispute it. This time they deleted the stream, but the stream is still there. I can have a discussion with YouTube. I'm going to go into the YouTube um into the into the chat because they have a chat for just the the partners to go into. They actually have a customer service
there. Is that blasphemy? Is that blasphemy to compare myself to Jesus? Okay. How how does anybody know who Jesus is? And or how does anybody know who I am? Okay. You know about unconditional love? Do you know Jesus's teachings? Judge not lest ye be judged. Let him without the sin throw the first stone. Love one another. Love the father. Worship the father through me.
Right. You you guys know Jesus' teachings? Are you familiar with
them? We have almost 100 people in chat right now, guys. I might need a little help with the, you know, I don't know if my monetization might be turned off for a while, but I do have the Cash App going. you know, if you'd like to um have a reading, it's best through Cash App right now, I think, because I think, you know, my monetization's under attack. I I really apologize. And I will
have emojis. The members are still active. The membership's still active. It's all good. I have a backup channel. Backup channel. I don't think people can do copyright strikes. I won't I won't play the music and stuff, you know. I'll just have no music. I'll, you know, I'll just be sitting in silence like I'll sit in silence. That'll be the show. I'll be like really like, "Oh, I'm I'm going to
run. I'm would I would I would I even jog down the block for you, Allied Master Computer?" Okay, Allied Master, I'll I'm going to go run I'm going to go run five miles. Get myself all out of breath, sweaty for you, right? That's what you want. You want that Allied Master Computer, you bisexual It's all about your attracting to me the whole time. Do
you want to hook up? Okay, I'll I'll let you suck my dick. Okay. Okay, Allied. I know you like that now. You came out of the closet on my show like a lot of other guys did. Okay. You're not going to like make a decent man's deal. Like you're going to
have Oh, what are we high pitch Eric and Crazy Cababie doing doing a foot race? Is that that's what you want? And Crazy Cabbie and High Pitch Eric. Thank you, Summer. I love you. Thank you for the super chat or super sticker. I love you, sweetheart. Thank you so much. Is that escalated? I know. I know. Ali Master Computer wants it up the ass and I will be willing to give it to him. Okay, I'll
give it to Ali Master Computer. I'll make that deal with you. I will I will f you up the A if you uh take off that copyright strike. It'll just make it easier or else you'll be reported and banned probably banned on YouTube for making false claims and I will be in the clear cuz it's my song. DJ made that for me. is AI is not copyrightable. So, you're just trying to
scare me, okay? I'm not I'm not one to play with. You want to play with me? Okay. YouTube and I have a good relationship going. Okay. YouTube YouTube likes my likes what I'm doing. They're like, "Whoa, I've never seen this much diversity, so many um you know, age groups, so many so many men men and women interested, so many um watch hours, views. We like this
guy." That's what the YouTube says to me. That's what they say to me. So even when they give a strike today, it was a friendly strike where they're like, you know, you're still you're you're still you're still up and running, you know, we're we're going to give you a chance to explain yourself and like if something's really there, it's all they can do. All they can do is like, you know, I will fight this and I will win.
Okay? You know, cuz psyche always wins. You guys see see guys, you see, you think I'm like just this little I'll just crumble. I'll crash out. I am Mars in the first house. If you know anything about astrology, having Mars in your first house, Mars is in Aquarius cuz I have Aquarius Capricorn in the first house. Okay, so Mars is in Aquarius.
That means I am like the I I'm a master general. I'm a m I'm just like I have a military just natural military kind of mind. Okay, I love the police. I love the military. I love I love order out of the chaos, right? So I'm a fighter. Okay. I like diplomacy. I like
let's make a deal. Let's have a good good faith gesture on your part. If he would have if he would have um took off the copyright strike, I would have done the five mile run. I would have done because I'm a man and a man a man can make deals. But it's like no, I'm not doing whatever until you do whatever. Okay. So, this is getting into like almost like sex work. It sounds like, right? It's like a man should be
able to say, "I'll put this I'll I'll put a few bucks up for you and I trust you or I'll help you out in this way. I trust you're going to follow through and be a man on your deal." No. Go run five go just get yourself all out of breath. Go run five miles. Make yourself an idiot on your stream. Everyone's just going to think you're some monkey they can make make a puppet out of. Okay? I'm not a puppet. Okay? Whatever this
channel is, whatever happens to this channel, this channel is just fun for me. Okay? You just want to take away my fun. Okay. So, take away my fund. It's like, you know, it's not everyone I pull everyone what I'm making up. Is it like, oh, thousand? No, it's not my make thousands of dollars. Okay. It's like a little It's like a little little bit to like a little bit extra. I'll sit here and entertain you and I'll be I'll be a
little happier. I got good cat food. I got um you know, I got good food coming. Alisa's live right now. If you want to go check out Alisa, we'll do a raid on Alisa. We can do a You're just saying being um No, it's not. Well, but straight men say so much things. I know I don't smoke crystal me. I I don't smoke. All I smoke is these cigars. I smoke occasional bull of weed.
Untractable. What's up with Untractable? Yeah, but Ali Master Computer, it's like, you know, I know you're in love with me. I know this. Like, it's like you're trying to pull my hair. It's like we're in the schoolyard. You're trying to pull my hair and you're like, oh, you know, I I hate you. You're the big bully. I'm going to tell the teacher on you and the teacher's and you're going to get in trouble and the teacher might believe you for a second.
Now, I'm going to show the secret like little love notes that you send me saying, "I'm in love with you." Like, "Please, please have sex with me, right? Am I right, Ally? You're sending me those notes." Okay. So, and then I'll show the teacher those notes. And she'll say, "Oh my god, Allied is
crazy." So, 100 people in chat, guys. We have 100 people in chat today. Are you ready for my crash out? Everyone's here to see the crash out. We have 100 people in the chat. Okay. Ally, it's it's fine. I'll f you. I'll f you if you want me to. I know you just want it. I know you came out as bisexual just a little bit ago and uh and so
yeah. And Allid wants it, you know. It's like Allan, you just like, you know, I'll give it to you if you want it. Okay. I'll be the you play the catcher. I'll be the pitcher. I'll I'll I'll throw you a ball. Okay. I'm being botted. Sure. I am. Sure. I have 100 real people in the
chat. The chat is just going wild. My My Nightbot says I get 20,000 messages in 24 hours. Okay, guys. Do you know my Nightbot says I the last 24 hours 20,000? It just maxes out at 20,000. So, it's more than 20. It's probably more,
right? Chat's going Isn't chat going wild? I think chat's going pretty wild. You guys want me to strip and like take off my shirt? You know, I don't even care anymore. I'll just do whatever I want to do now because this my channel's getting unmonetized, remonetized, strikes, strikes, al I'll like keep broadcasting as long as I can. If I need to, I'll go over to my backup channel.
Okay. I have a cash up. I have an Etsy store. I do live readings. Sometimes I ask for money for tacos. I'm I'm just obsessed with fish tacos at the pier right now. Okay. But but you don't have to ever donate. I have a lot of cool people here. I I love I love everyone in here.
Okay. Everyone likes me right now. I know. Well, guys, you know, guys, I've been under attack. Can you guys all say Alli Master Computer, stop being such a meanie pants and just like and and we'll I'll be cool with you. I'll let you back up. I'll you want me to give you a or anything like that? And I'll be willing to do that for you, Alli. You know, even though you're
miserable I see I saw you couldn't even do one mile. It's like I think on on a on Black RG show they're like walk a mile. You got all you were just walking. You just got all winded and you want me to like run five miles. Okay. That's a little bit unfair. I'll do I can do it. I just don't really feel like it
right now. Hey babe, this is but this is Lenor too. Lenor is also who you support and one of the cats you support when you support this channel. You know, always money goes to the cats. Not being manipulative. I'm just saying I love these cats. These cats love me. They're well taken care of. This channel does help support them.
Okay. So, you can say that you can say the money goes to beer. You can say the money goes to fish tacos. But the there's also a lot of money going to these cats. Make sure these cats are happy, healthy. You give me kisses. Yeah. This miss Lenor, you want to sit down here? Okay, go have a
seat. This Lenor. Hi. You see? Hi. Can I have kisses? Can I have kisses? I have kisses. You have kisses for me every day. And you sleep in the under the blankie with me. You love me. Oh. Oh. I love you. Hold on. We just
got El says, "Drop the link." Hold on. We got another drop link. Thank you for the super stickers, super chats. I love you guys. Hold on. I'll drop the link. We'll see what happens. You know, I already got a strike. I'm already sitting like there. Oh, DJ Electra. So, DJ Electra, I was trying to
contact you. Someone's giving me a copyright strike over um the song you created. So, I don't know if is it possible to buy the a copy an AI song on copyright. I have now have a strike on YouTube. So, should I fight this? Um, if you can come up on panel, I put the link up. I just want to have a discussion with you about it because I have this guy just like he's obsessed with me. He
wants he wants me to to pay attention to his butthole so bad. His name is Allied Master Computer. Now, his or Benjamin Kowalsski, whatever his name is. I don't care. I'll I'll say the name that was on the YouTube copyright complaint because you said it was you. Okay. And so do you I no I I I love this song and everyone loves the song and
it's like and so but now I'm getting uh so DJ Electra now I've been copyright struck and he says he owns he said he owns that song and so I want some advice on what I should do. Cats are our family. Look at Lenor. She's such a happy
cat. Yeah. Did you like was a radio DJ? Guys, guys, we're going to fight this claim, right? because he told me he have did he did lecture he said I have to run five miles like across the whole city practically and run back and then he said he said he said he would remove the copyright strike but he's like I said I need you to agree to sign the song over to me um if you have a copyright on it
to take off the copyright strike and to and to never copyright strike me again and that's like the deal and then he's like okay go run he's like you have six minutes I have six minutes to run five miles I mean it's like What am I? You know, Antonio Banderas or something. I don't know. Whatever. Whatever. Carl Lewis. I think that's the name. Carl
Lewis. There's the link, guys. If uh DJ Electric can come in, I just want to have a chat with you about it. I mean, it's like you you did nothing wrong. You you just you've done all good for me. It's just like I just am under attack. Um, you know, people are just going to try to strike the channel down with that song if they buy the cop. I just make
sure if it's like if it's not copyrighted. I don't know. What's up, Summer? What's up, sweetie? So, that lady DJ Electra, she made the song. Yes, she created the song on Don't worry about that other dude. If she's, you know, she's already said you don't have to, you know, tell fight it then if that's the case. If she made the song
for you and she's not the one that striked you, then fight it. Okay. Yeah. So, it says appeal the strike. So, I saw I can there's an option. I'll tell you what the option says. Okay. It says I go to the my main dashboard. Hold on one second. Okay. It says overview. Hold on. Let me see the main screen. Okay.
YouTube Studio. Okay. Dashboard. Okay. So, it says, should I share Should I share this information or like not? No. No. I already I I know what it says because I've gotten them before as well. And just like DJ said, all you have to do is appeal it. I I know what it says. Everybody knows what it says because most people have gotten strikes. You share too much sometimes.
Okay. Psyche. That's why that's why I asked. That's why I asked. Um Yeah. Just because she even said she was like just tell them that I made the song, I wrote the song and used it in I form. So yeah. Yeah. But I'm just wondering can someone take an AI song and try to copyright it? Okay. So it's what it says is from my understanding copyright AI music can't
be copyrighted especially if somebody wrote it and used AI to make it. Okay. So it says one second it says okay so the strike on April 25th by Benju Kowalsski and it says select action and then it says contact claimment or submit counter notification. It says a counter notification is a legal request to reinstate remove video. It takes up to
10 business days for the final decision by the claimant. Um, by filing a counter notification, you are beginning a legal process. So, which one should I which one should should I click on the submit counter notification? You just need to appeal it because well, that's that's the options that are given. So, but it says so so the is the appeal submitting the counter
notification? Yes. because the person that did this is does he can't he'll he or she'll have to prove that they're the ones that made the song or they have you know ownership of the song and yada yada yada clearly they can't do that because DJ Electra made the song so counteract them call their bluff and tell them move
on about their right because so not asking for my full legal name my street address hold on I mean yeah unfortunately that's a part of it when you want to fight a strike But I mean, didn't you say everybody's already doxed you anyway? So, yeah. Oh, yeah. I got docks in my chat tonight. I got doxed, right? So, it. And
they're doing that cuz they don't, you know, people get scared to not put the, you know, to appeal it. that. Appeal it.
Okay. Okay. I'm It's asking for my Somebody said you can call YouTube. I've never called YouTube, so I don't know. But somebody said you can call YouTube straight direct and let them know. Yeah. Well, uh, when you're a partner, they give you like this like either like a live chat or a live phone, right? I've never had to do that part because I've just, you know, I've killed
I don't get many strikes, but I've gotten a couple. Um, but well, I mean, it might be a better idea to call them and just be like, "Hey, this is what's going on. This, you know, such and such made the song for me. There's trolls that are striking my page saying they own it. They don't own it. Yeah. You know, I mean, it's just what you like to do. Do you like to I like to communicate. If it's something serious verbally, but you know, you can always
do it on here and then if there comes to be an issue, then you can just call them. So, can you let me help me help me with the wording of my what I'm going to say because I don't I don't want to make the wrong decision. Okay. Let me just Katrina does that offer. Katrina, what wording you would use? Why Why should your video be reinstated?
the video. Oh, go ahead. Um, let's see. Hold on. Sorry. I'm trying to see if I can do something
because it is an AI song created by and DJ Electra. Yeah. Okay. What? So, what should I what
should I say? Um, but the trolls or um someone is striking me. Says, "If your own if your video is your own original content and do you own the rights to it? If you use someone else's copyright work, can you provide evidence of a license or permission for the content?" DJ Elect is that something you can help me out with? Is it your use of the content protected to by fair use, fair
dealing, or similar exception to copyright? Is the content in the public domain? Okay. So, should what should I say? DJ Electra here. Pull her up. DJ Electra's at backstage. Okay. She's backstage. Just having her just having her on panel in a verbal agreement is good, too. But I'm sure she'll send you something to write you. Hey, sweetie. Hi, DJ Electra. Hey. Hi. Hi. Little bit.
So, I mean, I wrote that song and used an AI music generator to make it. So, you can't Nobody can copyright that song. It's AI. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. So, I'll tell them. And if anything, I I have the rights to it because I made it. So, and I have proof of that if they
need it, but I doubt they do. Um, okay. Somebody copyright it got It says, "If you use someone else's copyrighted work, can you provide evidence or the license or permission for the content?" No. This this is an AI generated song
with a video that my friend made and it is not copyrightable. It's not copywritten. Ben did not write the lyrics. You guys, these trolls are so funny. Haha, get a life. Yeah. Well, I'm glad you came up cuz
Yeah, he he needed to hear that. It says this video should be reinstated because it is an AI generated song created by DJ Electro Fry. It is not copyrightable. Is there anything else I should say? Yeah, just say and the video was um created by her as well. So yes, whatever. Oh, AI generated song and video. I'll put And then if they do request permission for
use it, she can just send you something over saying, "Yep, I gave him permission and it's done and over with." I can I'll say I can provide proof that she created and allowed me to use the video. Is that okay, Electra? Yeah, that's fine. And they can contact me too if they need to. They have my info. I'm on YouTube
also and allow me to use a should I say you or just not even say that? Yeah, you say thank you. Sure. Thank you for your consideration. No, just thank you. Thank you. Okay. Thank you. Okay. Now, it says under penalty of perjury, I'm in good faith belief that a material was labable as a mistake of
mistake or misidentification. So, I have to put like a my own. It's like a very big thing. I don't remember this for the last time. Okay. Okay. Put my signature. Okay guys, wish me luck. I think I got some good advice. counter notification submitted up to 10 days or probably two days. They'll decide they'll decide if I have
the permission to use the video by DJ Electra Fry. Okay, which said said and put your link on the put your link for your channel, too. Oh, look it. He invented the DJ Electra brands, he said.
Sure. I like that. Ha. You you trademarked it, Ilia. Ila's everyone's everyone's copyright trademarked it themselves. No, I trade. He This is royalties. Oh my god. They're trolling you right now. Uh you know, I'll pay I'll pay. So I'll
I'll play I'll pay you in in guys. Okay. All the guys. Awesome. Yeah. You guys get all the Yeah. From him. Not me. Not me. No. No. I'm not going. I ain't going to do that either. Just for the DJ Electra. If it is an issue and it like it's not it's not cleared up, then
maybe um a new song and maybe like I'll I'll try to copy write that song and like prove I have a copyright for it. If it's But um I you're going to be fine, Psyche, because again AI music can't be copyrighted. So there's that. But then you have the second layer of hey, I made this song for my friend and he can use it. So you're fine. Don't even trust it. And also, if you go get another if you get if you go get another song made and
then you're going to have to do this process all over again cuz they're going to Yeah. I just hope it's not He's like, I own that song and stuff like that. And then he doesn't your friends are the one that made it told you that he doesn't. So listen to your friends. Stop listening to these trolls. Yeah, the trolls are getting in your head, buddy. That's not good. because
they're just that's the only reason I keep telling you to take a break. When when they start owning your brain space, that's when you got to take a little bit off and a couple hours a day, whatever. But you need to clear your head. He has a song in Spotify. Oh my god. So, he's putting this but it's an AI song
and so you can't Why are you feeding the trolls? Psyche, stop. It was a moderator telling me this. My moderator was saying something. Well, they may I don't know who your who's your who said that? What moderator said that? Black RG. How do you know that moderator? He's a He's a part of the He's a part of
He's He's cool with Ally. So, that person's cool. He's He's cool with Ally, the guy that actually did it. You know what I'm saying? So, he don't listen. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. He's a part of the whole click. That whole click. He was asking you how long is the pier? You know that. Come on, man. Then it's then that's the problem, Psyche. You're just
giving anybody wrenches and You cannot do that. Especially the way you're being under attack. You need to have this corpse set of people that are going to have your back and stop entertaining these trolls. Cuz that's why they're in your head when you feed them. And listen, the chat always wins. They mean when they when they say the chat always wins, it's because of people that feed the trolls
and and let them get in their head. They've won. So you got to stop that or you won't save me again, black RG. I know. Well, it's like, you know, would be my mistake, but it's like people cop people like striking the channel for my own baby. I'm not talking about your page. I'm talking about you. The rate you're going, if you don't get a hold of
this, you're not going to last. Well, I'm I I get by with a little help from my friends. I need I need some help. I need You don't listen to us. You know what? We can have a No, no. Me and Eldell told you to put and Katrina a bunch of us told you put the screen up. Put the screen up when you were talking to old boy. You did not. And he porn bombs you. You don't listen to us when we tell you to do things. But he's You
listen to the troll though. You listen to them and it What makes it worse? It was Kate's picture. It was Kate's picture. Like it was her noobs that I guess she buried. But you Okay. What do you mean? Am I not picture? No, but what I'm saying she's bringing up what happened earlier the porn bomb ain't it? It makes it worse because it
turned you know she's been threatening you. So that's all I said. My bad. Is it So someone says even though it's AIA can still be copyrighted. So is there is there any chance that allowing trolls to get in your head? No. Just wait till tomorrow. Wait till tomorrow. That's the best thing. Just wait till tomorrow man. No he doesn't wait till he get a response. Like at the end of the day you know you'll hear back
from him. Don't. Yeah. Yeah. Right there. Yeah. It ain't no point in stressing about it. It's one strike. Like is it is it a one strike? It's a strike at that cuz I play music all the time and I never get a straight. Yeah. Well, like eventually played so many songs I got a warning and it's like if you Oh, you've been getting warnings and you ain't say nothing. I know. I got a
warning and it's like, you know, I have I just have like a short time left with it. I did the YouTube school for it and stuff. Not to give too much information, but I know I I've been like, you know, it's like someone puts a false claim and stuff like that, which really help if you actually trusted the people that like have your back. I know you do. I know you do, Summer. I know. I know you. I know. I know. It's not just me. It's not just me. There's a quite a few
people there. You got a nice little bunch of people that really do have your back. And you don't listen to us, Psyche. And that's where you have to take accountability at because you can That's why you have to shut down every lab. You do because you don't listen to us at all. So, like it's like what's the point? I know. I'm sorry if I don't like listen and I or if you want and I ain't even talking about your channel psyche. I'm talking about you, dude. Like these
dudes was going to have you run around the block five miles. You know what I mean? And you consider it like you you gota you wanted IP too on top of it. Don't be their joke, dude. I know. I play Well, I just played with the idea a little bit like to see like, you know. Yeah. Well, the idea is now it has you. So you can play with whatever you want, but this is the internet. I'm not I'm not running. You either got to buckle down or they're going to eat you
alive and that's just the way it's going to go. I've been on the internet for a long time and you are perfect picking, baby. I promise you that. Yeah, I know. I know. But you know what? It's like I'm also a goat. I'm also like, you know, I'll show you the goat. Not right now. You're not. Somebody's got to tell you that right now, baby. I love you as much as I love you. Right now, you're not at 100. You're not. No,
I'm not at 100. But also, but also I'll show you 50. I also about this. I'm able I'm sometimes able to like do the unexpected. Um that people would not um um It's all good. I ain't gonna say nothing else. I don't say what I had to say. Okay. Okay. I love you, Summer. You know, you're always I'm be here regardless. I'm either gonna watch your uprise or I'm gonna watch a downfall. But I'm just a real one. I'm going to let you know what the
going on. I'm not trying to be mean or none of that. I'm not gonna sit I don't I don't find this funny. I will have a I won't have a downfall. I'm gonna have a I'm gonna have an uprising. I mean, we'll see. But I'm comfortable even in the water like at the bottom of the S ocean. I can talk talk to I can talk to Satan or I can go to like the highest highest mountain and talk to
God. I can talk to both. Okay, you can talk to Satan. Yeah, I know his ex-wife. Yeah. I really doubt this guy freaking pay. It's like 50 bucks to get a song copyrighted. That would be insane if someone did that.
Oh man, there's some weird people around. What else is new, Psych? What else you been up to? Uh oh, hold on. Can you hear me? No, it gets crazy. It gets it gets crazy around these parts
of YouTube. I'll be right back. Okay, I'll be right back.
Can you hear me? Yeah. Okay, good. You hear me? See, these headphones are great. I just put the other one in the charger to this one. Okay, that's good. You can use one at a time, huh? Yeah. I talked to Alisa about it, too, and Alisa would told me good advice. She said first she said I as about doxing and she said, "Well, you know what, Taylor Swift, you know, not for anything, but Alisa, when's the last time she came to your panel?
Lisa's never been on the panel. She's never come to the show. I just want to make sure I pointed that out. But she always comes She always answers my phone call. She even called me back once. So, she always takes my phone calls on her show. She's always gives you back. A lot of creators don't go on other people's Yeah. And she said she also said creators though don't go on other people's channels. She said she said creators that are talking to each other on the phone. Yeah. They go to each
other's panels and support them even if it's just a like. Yeah. She well she said like I can um because Eldo donated a few dollars. He said how about an interview with Psyche. She's like she's like I love Psyche. He calls all the time. She's like he can put me on the when he he can call in and put me on the split screen and I'll do a split screen with him. You know he he can like stream my show when he calls in and then we can do an interview on the phone. And so,
you know, so that's what she's agreed to. And it's like I just like I'm afraid because she u you can send donos for like with the music and stuff. And I'm just like, you know, trying, you know, especially now you can see like the copyright music music and stuff I'm like, you know, all freaking out about. So I was like, you know, maybe when I'm maybe when I when I'm more in the clear and stuff like that, I'll I'll do that and like stream it from But she because
she gives me permission to like always share anything. She always also in her discord, I've always been allowed to share my show. She said, she always said I I and she doesn't let anybody else do that. I've never done that's the one person she ever let advertise in her Discord their own show, but she like allowed that. And she said you can post anything you want anytime you want. Psyche. And so, hey DJ, you you said you
used to be a DJ. Do you do do you know if there's a way cuz he's being pretty specific. Do you think there's a way that you could look up and see who has the copyrights? Well, the name he gave it's it's Alli's real name. So yeah, don't don't ask how I know. But uh Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That's
his real name. So I would need the name of the song and the author, whoever's claiming that they copyright wrote it. No, it's the song that I made. So she created the song. And so you can't just steal like an art like someone's work, right? You can't just steal like you couldn't just like say, "Oh, did you like wrote the song? I heard it and now
I'll just copyright it." Right? It's like it's like her original work. She never agreed for it to be You can also buy into it. You can also buy into it. So that's why I was tried to see if there's a way that you can see if anybody's bought into the song that she created. Right. AI generated music cannot be
copyrighted in US if a created entirely without any human input. Copyright requires a human author. Honestly, I think that's what's going to save the whole thing. But I was just curious about the other thing cuz you know I can actually look on my channel. Yeah, it's actually on actually actually
posted on ZJ Electro's channel and my channel as a as original music. If he got a strike then I would probably too. So that's ridiculous. Yeah, he don't own the channel cuz all he got to do is not play that song anymore, man. You got to stop dick rotting these grease man. Or whatever they are. You know what I mean? I'm just saying, Damn,
a human didn't write the lyrics. DJ Electra um did not write the song. You know, the song was the song was AI generated, right, DJ Electra?
I wrote the lyrics. Okay. Did you copyright the song? But the song itself? Mhm. No, I didn't copyright it. You can't copyright AI music. You can't copyright AI music. Okay. She said it herself. Okay. So, at the end at the end of the day, so you can prove the thing
is when he sent that in, he you should have gave him that uh the the the paper they give you cuz I do it have music too. So, you should have gave him that paper. That way it helps YouTube out. You know what I'm saying? Like whatever paper it is. YouTube YouTube didn't There's no paper. They don't get when you make it, you don't get like the it
don't give you the lyrics and the title and your DJ claim the copy. DJ Electric can claim the copyright, you know, in that case, right? Yeah. Hopefully he owns it because right now if he wanted to, he could clap the whole channel. Okay. Well, if he claps the whole channel, that'd be really sad, guys. If it's like you want to clap the channel over like a song that was given to me by
a friend, you know, and that created the video and it's like just because like, you know, I don't think you can copyright an AI song. Okay. And I don't think there were significant human input. The song word itself, you know, the human the human said it was, you know, tarot song and and some different keywords and things like that, but it's not right. How would they prove that it's hers then if they didn't give you anything once you made it? She didn't
write the lyrics. Okay. So, I have the program that has the song in it where I made it. So, if they want me to go to that, I can. And I can show them the actual program where the song was generated. Okay. Right. Well, and if that does happen, one good thing is it'll only take one time and
then anybody that does this again, they'll be like, "Oh, well, this song's actually able to be used, so they're not even worry about it." Right. I know. I I I'll not play the song because I see people I see people saying change the song but if you change a bunch of song every time you change your song you'll go through this probably. DJ like you would do that right on the
screen you would do that what it says on the screen. Yeah I can do that. Sure. Yeah. Do you want me to say? I mean that'd be I mean if if I mean I don't know like when they when I counter when I counter the strike if they're going to say you know okay we decided and no we decided yes or they said we need more information and so if
they need if they need more information that would be handy to have where I could like you know send them that forward them that that email and the and stuff like that but I think they'll probably just decide yes or no in a in a couple days you know depend and but I didn't swear at the is a good idea just in case they want you to send it in that you already have it. Or unless you have a way to contact her, then you just be like, "Hey, can you send that to me?" You know? Yeah, she can send on Discord.
We're friends on Discord. I I Yeah, we're good. We can I can she can contact me. Message me on Discord if you want. Give me your email. Okay. And it was Allied Master Computer that um that flagged flagged me. And then now he's saying like he own he has DJ Leer's voice. He owns he owns her. Like you know, he's just saying ridiculous like
it's getting just ridiculous at this moment.
Yeah, people are laughing at me. It's okay if they laugh at me in the chat. Yeah, if there's a new I don't know if there's a new song then I'll copy you. Where did all these people come from? Psyche. I don't I don't know. But there's 107 people in the chat tonight. This is my biggest chat. I think you wanted happy too. That's where it came from. They trying to see you see. They
trying to see you run that mile. They're trying to see you run that mile, man. I'm not running. I'm not running, guys. I'm I'm I'm countering it. I have the creator of the song here. You know, put a taco in your mouth. I'll put a taco in my mouth. I'll put your taco in my mouth. Eldo. Okay. Elder, you have a
taco. No, that would be blogger. He got a He got both. Hey, um DJ Electra, if there's a way, I will share I will share with you to copyright the song and I will I'll split it with you and then I'll I'll also if I I'll also get you back for the rest of
it. But um I forgot what I was asking. Okay, Eldo, you fl are you flashing pictures again, Eldo? No, it's it's okay. I'm just saying it's just people are saying if we buy the copyright that cuz it's like well you but we should own the copyright. I I I think but but but the thing is she's saying you can't copyright AI so she's not going to budge off for that. So we just going to have
to wait till tomorrow you know I'm pretty sure I might be wrong but yeah I would wait till tomorrow. Okay. Yeah. Let's not take any more action. Yeah. I I because I don't I'm going on the fact that you cannot copyright AI songs even if like a you know it was like guided I DJ Lecture is not saying she wrote the song she's
saying she guided it and like you know and the AI wrote the song. Okay. Right. DJ Lecture or am I right or wrong? Well I wrote some of the lyrics but AI wrote some of them too. So it's just an AI generated song you guys. Yeah, they they inter they intermix with like you know the human input and the and the AI
input, right? You know, it's like it was not just like you just there's no AI that you just like push a blank screen and not and then they they create something. You have to like the human input is like integral in the AI AI. You know what I'm saying? Tacos, guys. Hello. There goine. What's good Christine? What's good? What's good? Elder, you're not you're not flashing picture. Eldo, right? What
are you talking about? People are just saying I haven't seen him flash one thing. It sounds like he's driving. So, okay. So, there's now I'm being told there's scrappers on the way out. So, so there's guys going to be knocking my door asking for scrap metal. Well, hopefully there
because nobody know where you where you live at. So, why would I end the stream when I have 108 people and I don't know if I'm like be able to stream for the next week? I just end the stream. Hey babe. Oh yeah. Yeah, that is true. That is true. It happens to some people though cuz man, he got a strike and he didn't get Oh, my bad. Did you like her?
Oh, I get to go to uh my ex's my baby dad's concert tonight. He's playing with a band called Nails. If you've ever heard of Nails, they're a hardcore hardcore band. They're really They're good though. I like them. Yeah, I've heard I think I've heard enough. He just started playing with him about I don't know six six months ago. Okay,
that's what's up. Started playing with them. Yeah, we got to go backstage and everything. It should be fun. Yeah. So, I do have to get going cuz I got to get ready and get all get up there. It's like an hour drive probably with traffic. It might be longer. Have a shot for me. Thank you for all you guys. Let me know how it goes and if you need anything,
I'll send you I will. Yeah, I'll send you that email though right now. Okay. I appreciate that. All right, you guys. Talk to you later. And now you got that. So you ain't got nothing to worry about. So whatever they say, let them talk face. Yeah, they will get back to me quicker. But I mean, no, YouTube will get But I think YouTube likes me. I think that they'll have a look at it and they'll
say, "Hey, well, this is an AI generated song by DJ Electra. We have Beer the Turtle on the show." And just so you know, Psyche, you probably will lose your monetization once. Um, it's okay. You'll get it back. Hey, hey, Psych Psych. Stop listening to other people and do your own research. Because it's a AI song, it it can't be copyrighted. But
because she added her lyrics to it, it can be copyrighted. Okay. Well, she added lyrics to it, so that's She doesn't own She doesn't own the song. She Just because she made it. She added Just because she made it doesn't mean she owns it. I seen a guy on here. I seen a guy on here named UB UBK. He had
an intro for all his videos. The same intro. Somebody he was beefing with end up buying that song and he end up uh YouTube end up taking all his videos down because I did say I did address that. I did that's why I asked is there a way that you know that they can tell
if the song's been bought? That's the only way that he'll get to get hit or whatever. Other than that, his ass is covered. No, his ass is not covered. His ass is not covered. You can't listen to this man takes advantage of a mentally ill woman. Like, why don't you suck my dick, Why don't you suck my dick, you jealous ass You jealous ass

I do. Yeah, I do. have her buy you some new rebots. He said, he's saying the N word. Psych. Get him out of here. Yep. I mean, you you you got you got it what I said and then he didn't get it. Like, I look looks psych. Don't trust that guy. That guy sitting up here
posting people pictures. I know Kate. If he post Kate pictures, she will strike you. I'm trying to save your channel. He trying to hurt your channel. That's what he does, man. He uses other people platforms for his war. I mean, but there's some people that just attack. I mean, it's like I never attacked Kate. I never attacked I I never I never did anything where I was conscious I was hurting anybody. And the people are
putting up pictures. People are putting up avatar photos. I don't know who the people are. So, I'm not trying to hurt anybody. I'm just Yeah. And and that's the And that's the And that's the issue because you don't know who the people are. He know he know who the people are. He knows what he's doing. He's sitting up here trying to hurt your channel. He did that stuff before on other people's platform. That's what he known for. Tell him to take that on his channel and do
it. I know. Eldo, just take that. Go Elder, start your own channel. Like, and guys, and Alli Master Computer, you better um take away that strike because YouTube will just decide in my favor. They'll make you look bad. Okay? So, just take down the strike, okay? And I'll I'll leave you alone and I won't mention you again. You don't have to
ever be part of my show. I won't bother you, okay? You bother me. Okay, guys. 117 people in the chat. This is guys, this is all natural. There's no bots here. The chat is going wild. Like, this is why YouTube is going to say, "Hey, what's going on in this guy's chat?" They'll say, "Okay, well, they're going to decide in my favor, guys, this time." No, no, you you're not going to
win this. Like, I hate to tell you, you're not going to win that. Well, but that but that then I'll never use a song again and it will just be like one cop one copyright strike and I'll never I'll never have another one and then it will just go to it will just expire. Yeah, because I mean like say they they they trying to tell you something that they don't know about. All you have to do is Google it. With her writing the lyrics to that song, that means it could be copyrighted. If it was just a whole AI
generated song where she didn't touch it at all, then that'll be one thing. But she added her lyrics to it. We'll see. We'll see. And and and uh you know, Allied, if like you you put it back that you actually own the song and stuff, I'll buy the song from you. Okay. Yeah. But if that other guy that other guy run five miles if that other guy already bought it, it's too late. No, but he he'll transfer it to me. He helped
transfer it to me. I'm saying and then I you know, but Yeah. But if he if he transfer it to you, you know, you're going to have to suck his dick and eat his ass. Well, that's not a problem for me. Luckily, I'm a gay guy. I don't care. I like I'll I'll do that. It's like I'll do it. I'll do it with a smile on my face. And so yeah, I like I like you,
Psych, but like I say, don't don't let Elho use your platform for his war. Ghost of Ghost of AMC, if you I I swear to God, if you if you take off the copyright strike now, I will run the five mile. I swear to God, I swear on my mother's life, on my father's soul. I swear on everything. If you release a copyright strike, promise never to
copyright strike me again. transfer the song to me. I'll run five miles and two and a half miles there, two and a half miles back. I will I and I'll run it. I'll run like I'll run like Forest Forest Forest Gump. You this what you want? You want Forest Gump? I'm psychic. I know some things you want me like Forest Gump. You want me like who's that
Carl Lewis? You know, all my big big dick flopping out of my pants. Okay. No. Okay. I have to run first. No. Can you please just undo the copyright thing? Undo it before YouTube decides to undo it themsel because YouTube will decide. They will decide. 10 of swords
stabbing my back like a thousand times. Death. I know. I know. Stop. Psyche. Stop. Oh no. Parents and their souls. I I swear. No, that all that means is it's a man's promise. I will I swear I will do it. I will do that if you like. I'm I'm saying if you want undo the copyright strike, you just take it down now so YouTube doesn't have to decide.
