rapid eye movement um State and that's when you dream and so you're going to have less RM State you're not going to sleep as as thoroughly and you're not going to remember as much but then when you stop after a long time then it's going to like they kind of get crazy and I had some nightmares after that and so
now I'm kind of like finding the happy medium hold
