Well, because like sugar adding something which is technically it depends on who you're dealing with, but it could be easier for a person to add something to their schedule than to withdraw something from their routine. Uh some people unfortunately have some
jobs that they hate and they'll do it and they'll be responsible and everything and their form of positive reinforcement is in the in the pleasing their taste buds. They just want to eat something at the end of the day that makes them feel good, you know. So that is tougher than adding something on your
routine like withdrawing it is can be tougher for the human than adding it. Yeah. If we were to go deeply I joined. You know what orange theory is? Oh orange theory fitness. Yeah. So I joined it. It's a hundred bucks a month man.
But you sound like a man. Like that is for women. Just for women that theory fitness is completely for women. Is it like is it like that club? What's that? That club for women. There were a lot of dudes there. Do you think they were gay dudes?

which I love. I've been going there for nine years. But there's EOS Fitness which is like less than $20 a month, dude. And you can do all of these things and more that they offer because Orange Orange uh Theory Fitness are very small gyms. So they're very limited on the amount of uh machines that they can
offer you. So, let's say Oh, yeah. Orange um I'm sorry, EOS Fitness. That's those are big ass gyms. That's like former Gold's gym, and it's way cheaper. They just don't have the same little marketing scheme. Uh and as long as you have the proper
knowledge as well as discipline, you can accomplish so much more at an EOS Fitness, which is a legit I I I don't know if they have that in Florida. I'll look it up. But I used to go to a Lifetime Fitness in Nashville and it was nice, dude. It had
like a sauna Olympic swimming pool. Yeah. Like really expensive though. It is. It is. But it's worth it. Like I mean there's I think that depending on who you are, you prioritize certain things. And uh I don't mind, you know, paying a lot of
money for my gym. Like if I'm going to spend a lot of time there, it like might as well be the best. But that's why I'm bringing up EOS Fitness. Um I don't know if they're nationwide, at least here in the West Coast. Um they have found great success and it's sincerely like under
$20 a month with fantastic quality. like and it's just a m like orange orange theory is really it's a marketing scheme dude like and it's very expensive just uh get your knowledge up on fitness and on an EOS I was I was I was surprised
yeah how expensive it is but at least it'll get me off my ass cuz I have to schedule it you know and like uh if I if I don't go I'm still paying them so like I'm throwing money away if I don't go. I'm going to use it as a way to kind of get off my ass. Somebody asked if Rogue

and I've also done Muay Thai kickboxing, but I'm by no means a competitive kickboxer. I'm a competitive grappler 100%, but uh any competitive real kickboxer will destroy me in the ring. So, like striking is not my forte. Uh
grappling is definitely my forte. Did you ever wrestle? No, I have I'm not a wrestler either. Uh, I get I one of my my best my very best friend is a division one a D1 college wrestler and I I oftent times
surrounded by wrestlers but I am not a wrestler. I'll simply just pull guard, which I know currently is looked down upon, but hey, you get

um, you know, had to call her out and let her know like, look, there's always going to be enablers around you. There's always going to be people that prioritize the entertainment that they can get from you above your well-being, but this is by no means in your best interest. This is not healthy. This is not going to make you a healthy, happy
person. So that's that's what that person is talking about. Okay. Yeah. And the same thing with you, to be honest. Like sometimes like like clearly like honestly and I I typed this in the chat, you do struggle with depression, which is understandable, but you seek the
solutions from a lot of different um things that will not bring that solution. that you think that just being accompanied by these people in the in the virtual world is going to somehow make you feel better. It's not going to comfort. Well, it it has has for a long time because I was like, you know, in other words, you found a comfort zone
from others that pro that enable a weak behavior. Sincerely, you have to fight yourself and conquer yourself. You have to fight yourself. You have to conquer your addictions.
