Me too. I do so much so much that is not good for me. Uh how how long does it take before this body just gives up? Well, you know the body actually is I mean my just in my opinion I think the body's pretty resilient. For example like
you know I have pretty good abs and I don't really do very much you know. Um but there's genetics involved. There's you know um you know just just move it you know there's also something called harm reduction because we do harm ourselves in so many ways. We we do these you know these bad habits the smoking the
drinking and the and some people you know different drugs and different you know being lazy. There's a million there's but then there's also things we can do to counteract that and at least not make the the damage so bad right? And so it's always important to make sure we're at least always getting up maybe going outside um every day at least like a little bit
and uh taking a walk you know just it just that's just doing something a little bit besides you know it it like it every little bit helps you know it and it's like I think that the good we do can outweigh the bad you know. That's just my my thoughts on it but Yeah, I mean I mean for for instance if
if you build a sandcastle it yeah it's it's a beautiful sandcastle but a couple of waves sandcastle's gone. Right. But then again it's just made of sand. If you were to build a you know put a little you know concrete or a little uh you know stone stone foundation and you can fortify it and
you know you know cuz castle's not going to last long. Any jerk's going to come by and stomp on it when they can you know and your beautiful work is done. blah blah." And I was like, "Oh, he's in a bad mood. I'll just not not go over there." But, you know, what if I had gone that night in the in 5 minutes, you know, the 5 minutes difference and that person wouldn't have been at the gas if something like that or maybe that person was just waiting at the gas station just for him to like I I you know, we just don't know. We can't There's so many things we can't control
in this life, right? And I think just having a faith that I think I want revenge, but like I can't do nothing about it. I mean Well, yeah, I don't know. I've I mean >> They they they got my homie like four Edgars in the desert. Gunpoint and they stole like A girl betrayed him.
