happens and it's like and some people will be hurt and then they'll >> hurt other people like I really try to like take all the negative that's happened to me and and help people share my stories and um you know be like the wounded healer kind of more energy, right? And so and so that's what uh that's what I've been doing and it's like and it's frustrating because it's like sometimes people don't want to be helped.
