Guys, they're making me go through the training now. I said, they said, I can like take a training and not get a strike and stuff. Hold on. They're there. Hold on. But I'll ask you the guys a question. Hold on. Yes, yes, do the training.
Okay, training. Okay, so here's the question. It says during a live stream, John and Jane discovered many of their subscribers are huge fans of a popular science fiction movie. They decided to live stream their favorite scene of the film uninterrupted without their commentary. So that is a violation. Okay, I know. I already know. Okay, correct. I got about a seven already. Selina, professional vocal teacher, live streams music videos from her favorite pop artists.
During the live stream, she paused the music several times to describe the different singing techniques used by the artists. While Selina does not have permission to stream these music videos. She was your educational input for the last most have a spire singers. So this is a violation because she's streaming through party content. This isn't a violation because she's adding educational thing. Okay, that's the answer. Right? I got it. Yes, I got it. Okay. One more question. I got six out of seven already.
One day Andy live streams his dog. I can't excited while watching a popular movie like cats. Andy thinks it's okay that his live stream is includes long enough to the scenes of a movie is not uploading the full film. So this isn't a violation because Andy doesn't live stream the whole movie. This is a violation because Andy's live streaming a movie without permission from the film's right holders. Right. Or that's the white one.
Or it's not a violation because Andy's channel is dedicated to his dog and live stream includes his dog watching the movie. It is a violation. Right. Yeah. Okay. I got seven out of seven. Okay. Close training. All right. Now it resets and you're fine. Okay. Yeah. It's fine now. Everything's fine again. That was the reset. They're going to let it go. Okay.
That warning comes off now. Okay. You have to get the training to get the warning off. They all come off but you don't want none of that. So yeah. We just went to YouTube school and he passed with flying colors. Let's go psych. He got an A plus. Yeah. I got seven out of seven. Yeah. Thank you for helping me. I know like if I do, I do, there's these parody videos and they're like fine.
Like I never got like, sometimes I've gotten several like copyright, copyright, copyright, like warnings and stuff like that. And that's fine. But this is the first time they said we're taking the live stream off and stuff like that. So I don't know. But I'm just going to like not do that again. Maybe it's like not, we shouldn't do like full music video shows and stuff like that.
But they said I'm allowed to like do commentary. I pause the video and like we talk about the vocal techniques or stuff like that. So we can do that. Or we can do like non copyrighted videos and stuff like that. I don't think we can play full. I think the alias stuff. I don't know. Maybe they're like. It was all it at. Yeah. And then people are haters and they'll report it. Thank you Joker. What's up Joker? What's up everybody?
How are you guys? I'm trying my best guys. I'm trying my best. That was like that was the first time I didn't know like what's a lot of what's not. Like I think I say I pushed limits sometimes on it and stuff like that. But yeah, I guess we were playing too many like full songs and like without saying stuff or something like that in the middle of it. I don't know. But yeah, basically no more karaoke night unless it's like I have to figure out like what's not what's not karaoke.
This isn't this is a kitty. Joker, did you see my new tattoo Joker? Joker come on the stream. I'll show you my new tattoo. I got a new tattoo. I'm going to see my tattoo. How are you Janet? Oh darling. I'm not feeling bad or darling. Thank you. Yeah. I'm trying to like I'm trying to like, you know, I'm almost there. I'm really like almost there. Like I'm almost at the 27 or the 3000 hours. I'm almost there.
But yeah, maybe just playing full songs and stuff like that. I shouldn't be doing that from now on. But while we were having fun, somebody tried to run. We could create fun. It's not going to stop your time. We'll still have like, we can do the music in the background or I think if you play on a speaker in the background or something like that, it's like it's coming from at least at least it plays songs all day.
You know, she's like plays every, you know, every song. I don't think she gets in trouble for it because you can play from a speaker, like not on, not directly on the stream and stuff like that. You're allowed. They say it's a copyright. It's another one. They're trying to strike. So someone's striking. It's different. Yeah. Someone's doing a report. I know. I'm under attack right now. I just have to be careful until, you know, and then it's like,
even still I'll be careful. Now I know you're not supposed to play copyrighted videos, like full thing without commentary. You can pause it. I guess I do commentary and stuff like that. I did the YouTube class and I got seven out of seven correct. I know. I think I know it now. I think I learned the rules, but that's kind of scary. Like that happened. But I don't know. I tried to like, but that was, yeah, I tried to like, you know,
Well, look at it this way. You've never done nothing wrong. That's why they gave you a warning. Yeah. I just don't want to, I don't want to strike. I don't want to strike. If I got banned for seven days, I would be like that whole week. I'd be crying and stuff like that. I would be like devastated. You know, it's like, I'm not, she didn't say that. Like, Put it out there. Everything's going to be okay. It was good energy. How about we get a reading going?
How about, Let's just share, let's just share a reading tonight. Okay. Let's just cleanse the energy around here. Happy thoughts. I hope everyone's cooking their dinner. I hope everyone's bathing. I hope people are watching a movie. I hope your pillows are snuggly tonight. And guys, guys, we want to do, if we want to do karaoke nights from now on, we can do it on discord. Like you can go on discord.
We can go in like the town discord. We can do full singing and stuff like that. But it's just that we can't do it on my streams anymore because I don't want to get strikes. I don't want my channel to go down. I want my channel to be good. Okay. You can do that, psych. And after you hear, and you like you want to go listen to music and stuff, then drop your discord link. Let everybody go. Do you go into the lounge over there? Okay. So I'm doing a little reading. Okay. So there's a spy out there.
This is a page of swords reverse. This is a negative spy. This is a spy. Put yourself on full screen. Put yourself on full screen. Put yourself on full screen. Put yourself on full screen. It's me. It's me. It's me. It's me. It's me. Okay. I said, yeah. Page of swords is like sometimes a good spy, but the page of swords reverse. This is a negative spy. Somebody that's actively trying to, trying to hurt. Right. So guys get to watch,
watch our backs sometimes cause there's people, there's people that, and I'm not talking in the chat that are like spying and trying to do copyright strikes and trying to, trying to hurt my channel and her posted trills channels. Watch out for these people, right? Okay. Also, oh, we have the .. but we have the 10 of sort reverse. So it's like, kind of like stabbed in the back, like able to recover from it, right? That's like Ten of Swords, the Ten of Swords usually is like, you've been stabbed in the back. Ten of Swords reverse is like,
the sword's gonna fall out. You're gonna heal from this. We're gonna heal from this. We're gonna all be good. We're all gonna heal, right? This is our reading for the room. Yep. Also, we got this, we got this a four of cups. There's like a little gift, you know, we're a little bit upset and like a little bit grumpy about it. And but then there's like a little opportunity of being handed to us at the same time. There's like, and there's all these cups that are upright right there.
Yeah, that's me, look at me beatin' Jamie. We're cups and in here comes the other cup, Tracy's coming, she's on our way. Don't forget the three cups you already have. Those cups are all, none of the cups are spilled. You all have, but he's like dissatisfied about something. There's another like little gift being presented to him. It's gonna make him smile. It's gonna make him smile and he's gonna be happy again for the room.
Also, we have the justice card. Everything's gonna be balanced out. Everything, everything will be made fair. Karma will get those people. It's gonna be made fair for us. And what else do we have for us? We have the king of wands. We're gonna be getting in control of all our emotions or gonna be like a fiery, you know, this guy's a ginger kind of, he's long hair, long red hair. He has his wand in his hand and stuff like that. He's in control of his passions.
He's drawing things to them, magnetic, electric. We all are gonna draw good things to us. So I hope you guys like that general reading for the collective, for everybody here, right? Not just me. It's very- At the right. Yeah, we cleanse the room. On top of the deck, also, this prosperity card. It's happiness prosperity. That's the 10 of pentacles. This ultimate prosperity. This is what's gonna happen. We're gonna be happy.
I'll be the old man in the corner someday. And everyone has, there's gonna be new people coming in, but it's like- How do you know retirement home? There's new people coming in, but it's like, this old man is like, look what I created. I created something good. And it's like, all I wanted to do was create something good and help other people prosper. And it's like, I'm part of it. And we're surrounded by love.
There's little dogs right there, right? The dogs love him. Look at the dog's going to the old man. It's like Rudy, Rudy's the old man in the house. And then the cats will love him and stuff they just gravitate towards him. Cause they're like, you're so wise. And so good things will happen, guys. I hope my channel's not in trouble and stuff like that. I think I- No, you're gonna be fine, why? You live and you learn from experience.
It's- Tell them, sister. We can sing without playing music. We have to be creative and do singing or battle rap or AI music or something similar to it. Until you're monetized and get your TTS and people can put in their songs. Yeah, I'll get the stream elements or whatever. Whatever Lisa uses, she uses something
that works really well. She never gets in trouble. When he's that same thing. We have another guest. I'm just gonna bring him up with the brick wall up. But he might be, oh, hold on, Uncle Scam. You guys know Uncle Scam? Yeah. Okay. Uncle Scam is that you? Hello? Well, he has to talk. After you, we've come talking. Oh, hold on. Yeah, I- Oh yeah, yeah, yeah. I don't know this Uncle Scam guy.
My name is Fangs. I am Fangs. I just told you that. Fangs. Okay. I'm sorry. Okay, so what's up, Uncle Scram? How are you? I'm Fangs. I just said that. I'm Fangs. Okay, you're welcome. What's up, Fangs? How are you? Well, I don't know. Fangs, I can't vouch for Fangs. Yeah, I can't either. I can vouch.
I can vouch for maybe Dr. Uncle Scam, but not you. Yeah, I don't know. Never heard of that. Never heard of that. I know Uncle Scam. I talked to this guy earlier today. He's a really sexy voice. And I like, I wanted to like lick his butt hole. He's a married man. Yeah, he's a married man. Well, there we go. We need to go on mute. Enough said, Beto.
Oh, he's married. He's married? I will not, I will not. Oh, sorry to hit on you. I'm sorry. I didn't mean to be. You're married. Yeah, I'm married. I'm married, but I'm married. He's married. I don't believe that, Uncle Scram. You wouldn't, why would you use a picture if you're Uncle Scram? Because I got my Fangs out right now. You see my face, I'm pissed off, Fangs. No, you know, you like rubies, you mean to,
why would you use them? Can you bite me, Uncle Fangs? Because that's the Fangs face. Can you see your face? Is it gay for, if you're a vampire, is it gay to like bite an adult? Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, it's gay. Are you a vampire? All right, I won't use my homie Fangs picture. You're gonna change it to, will you? No, no, no, no, no, no, be careful, be free.
Okay, I was like, don't, okay, okay. All right, that was okay, I'm all like, oh. Dita, you were a little... He's a rat too. What do you mean? He was like, wait a minute, wait a minute, and he already changed it. No, no, no, I said, I mean, like, because that's how I get, you know, they... Man, I don't porn bomb nobody. That's not something I do. Hey, Scam, hey, hey, Psych, I heard Scam talking earlier.
He said that he thinks you're stupid. Oh. You did? What was that? What was that? On his street. JJ's here. Is that JJ? Oh, JJ, he's supposed to be my dog, you was in my left, Teddy, what the fuck is going on? Well, I heard you were doing it. I'm just, you know... Scam, he said that about me, he said he thought I was cute. You're telling Scam?
Yeah. What's your chance to tell? I said, I said you got a cool channel. I like you, you're a cool guy, and if I were gay, I'd totally gay it up with you. He's gay. Oh. You like shit, Psych. Don't give a shit. JJ was lying for once. But unfortunately, unfortunately, I still like vagina because I tried some out last night,
it was amazing, so sorry. It's not gonna work out, buddy. Yes, Scam, but you did say you're like musty, too. But I never said that. I said, I said, Bill is my bitch. Don't just be making words. That's your glory, all, Psych. That's your glory. No, it ain't my, hey, Janet, now you cut that shit out today, and I ain't no guy. You know me, why do you know me, my guy? I can read.
It says Empress Janet right there. I'm not a literate, baby. I can read your name. And I've seen the video of you. I've seen the video, no, no, no, wait, just wait. I think this is an undercover brother for real, Psych. I've seen the video of you. I've seen the video of you choking from the nail in the e-way screaming, I think that somebody showed me that. That was you.
This is perfect for you. I think he wants your glory, all, Psych. You want me to say it? Yeah, it's okay. You can go on mute. You can go on mute, Janet. I don't mind. You're right. It was a good idea. You should just go on mute, Janet. I'm excited. I will never go on mute. You might want to do it yourself. Tracy X, come on up here, come on up here.
Jay, go straight, he's just running around, looking for somewhere to go on. Oh, boy, friend, where are you talking about? That's your P.J. P.J. Yeah. Why? Why what? Why? Why? You know why. I don't know what you mean. Why? Why the fuck do you sound like that, J.J.?
Because I'm driving. That's all right. Yeah. Oh, no, here comes this guy just saying, why are legs wide open for us? Not legs wide open. I broke no mad. I went to Vermont. I went to Vermont. You did? Amazing.
Oh, let the dog go. Woo, woo, woo, woo. I did. I went to Burlington. It's great to be here. He needs to know what's up. It's great to be here. You can come on panel. I just got a warning from YouTube. I got a warning because I was playing music, third party music and stuff like that. I got a warning that I took the test and I got seven out of seven correct. I'm like, I went to YouTube school.
Now I know, I shouldn't play like no karaoke night here. We can do it like after a show on the Discord server, but you can't play full music videos here, right? Nick, are you in disco right now? I'm looking at the lights. Wait, so Syke, do you know that Scam also goes by Edward Mann? What the fuck is wrong with you, JJ? What are you doing? What's up with these machinations you're doing, JJ?
You want smoke? Is that what you're telling me right now? You want to do this? No, Scam, we're homies. I'm on a little smoke like a vape pen. Hold on, brother, chase him. You on the list now, man. Scam's not even in the same gag. Hold on, brother, chase him. Nah, it's over, dude. You fucking around. He's trying to get, he's trying to give me cockwatch. Ty, you're fucking with you, JJ. It's over. Yo. What's up, JJ? Is it Joycey in the chat?

He's trying to form bomb. I got him out in time. Good. I saw it. I just had him at the brick wall up. I saw him backstage. Put some dick on him.
Yeah, relax and let's do it when we want to come. Remember? Because I wanted to go home and do it somewhere. Relax. Relax. I'm going to go with some tips. We'll both do it. Me? Me. Me there. Me there. Can we just raise our two meters up? Me there. Me there.

So Rudy's mom came last night And she came she was like Rudy. We're like Rudy Rudy Rudy And she said actually he was named after that that that football movie about Rudy. You guys know the football movie Rudy
He was like on a football team and like they're like Rudy Rudy Rudy And then like Rudy like scored a touchdown or something like that So so that's what he's named after and then but Rudy was hiding in the bed and I was like, okay Go ahead Her name is Pam. I was like Pam go You can go under the bed and he's or not going to the bed but go next to the bed and call him out
And he'll come over and he like he did and then she was like and then she came out. She was crying And and he was she was like he's so soft. He's beautiful. He's he's he's he's fat now He's getting fat. He's like a little retired fat cat And uh, and then she came and sat next to me on the couch We talked for like a long time on the couch and he was like jumped up Then him and tricks are playing tricks tricks is the only cat that's like kind of extroverted or it's like he'll like
You're here. You're you ever hear your name. You always jump up. He heard my name. He's meowing. He heard his name, right What you're happy. You're happy. You're that you're a little happy cat. Yeah Tricks there's Rudy's name and then tricks runs over and go ahead tricks. Go eat food go eat food Rudy's over there. I'll see you guys Rudy Rudy
Here hi Rudy Hey Rudy, we see you You're sitting over there by the by the heater You're sitting out here tonight You're a little bit shy cat, huh? You're shy, but you came out last night You're good. Come on, Rudy So I heard a story about Rudy
Like he was telling me Rudy's been through all these stages of his life Rudy He's a hunch. He was a hunter. He was a very he brought rats birds Mount mice and he would put them under the pool table with all the guts spread out everywhere And he was like a hunter and he was very good at hunting She also like he likes to spend a lot of time outside But he hasn't gone outside since he's been here She's also kind of good because I don't want him to go outside and get lost because he's in a new place
But she's like and then he fell in love with the other cat and there's another like an old lady cat Right and then she passed away and he was like then he went through another phase of his life And then now he slowed down and stuff like that and he likes to just like lay around the house and stuff like that but She wasn't able to take him take him where she's moving and stuff like that. She felt really bad But and she wanted to find a good home for him and like she asked somebody and the lady's like
I already have 10 cats or whatever and I can't I can't take another one. So she called me She's like, I know you love cats and I have this little cat named Rudy. She's like, are you would you like to take Rudy? He's 17 years old 16 years old 15 years. I was somewhere around there and she's like you take in Rudy And I was like I have a lot of cats But I had a couple cats run away, you know
And you know, and so I like I know I have a lot of cats but I was like, I will I'll take him in and so she brought him over and And he ran right under the bed. He found his like little under the bed the first thing He was there, but then he at night you would come out peek around the corner and the walk slowly towards me and stuff It's taking time the other cats like them. They're all nice to him
Tricks was playing with him last night. She was crying. She was like she was like she was very happy because I think she She knows he's doing great But that's the reason I got I was able to really get the tattoo because um, she she gave me um A little a gift the hirikopo gifts and stuff like that So I had a little bit a little bit extra to spend and I was so I wanted to get the tattoo of the cat You know the cat on my heart
And wanted to clean my nails and stuff and wanted to shave my beard. I hope I look good Anyone wants to hop on the panel? I probably like leave another nine minutes I might have to go to the store. You grab another a couple couple of kombucha's But um, yeah, and then I'll probably pass out by 10 p.m. I don't know Jim nick, I heard you got wild last night on my pan
I miss I miss I missed the show, but I did see some silver dollars. I don't think it was you But I saw some warning for elder pop-up. He got cake from salmon's panel It has nothing else in there. Oh, it's in your heart. That's why you look so young you shave I couldn't figure it out. Oh, yeah, I shaved. I had a shave today I got shaved Um, a really hot mexican guy. I went to this little like kind of like old school barbershop where they like
No shaved and they put um different kinds of creams on my face and like and like uh It's okay. And then jimnik. You know, you're fine. You're fine. I know you're fine I I probably I've never gotten in trouble for that by the way I just got in trouble tonight because I had to copyrighted music that kept playing over and over on my stream and stuff like that So I have to do you guys if you want to do karaoke nights and stuff We have to do it on the discord until I figure out
I had to not get in trouble for that but I I took the youtube school. They made me take a little course Hey, what's up sassy? They made me take a little youtube course and uh And and they figured out I got a seven out of seven correct. I knew all I know the answers already. Okay, so I know I'm like
I'm I'm good. I'm also ready to be monetized because I'm a three thousand that watch hours three thousand watch hours I have way enough more than enough subscribers I have um Yeah, they make you take a little course. They like a youtube is a train He says youtube training and then you take like a seven It's like they just tell you something like in a paragraph of like the rules
Then you have to answer all these questions like seven seven questions. Um about Oh, you know maria wants to like watch music videos Or without crediting them and without permission and stuff and then Is that she allowed you to do that and you're like no and it's like, you know, so it has all these Yeah, it's like a little youtube course. I passed it seven out of seven. I got all questions, right?
So, yeah, this is a little youtube course. I make you take I don't know if it takes away the strike, but it's like I think it like lessens the blow of it You know, I'm gonna I'm just I know I know I know the rules They said next they said it was a warning this time next time. It'll be a strike. And so I'm gonna follow the rules I'm almost Like if you give a bit of history buff lesson about whatever music it is for playing You can use the message for free and fair use cop. Yeah, that's what it said. I said, oh
so Esmeralda was playing a music video which he paused at every like 20 seconds and said oh listen to the vocal technique they're using and listen like listen to this So you have to comment during it and stuff like that, right? So it's like I got and I got that question right
Yeah I'm I guys guys I'm I'm gonna I'm gonna do I'm gonna give me give me monetize I'm gonna get I'm gonna tear carry good nights from now on on um on uh on discord unless Or or maybe we expect stage unless um I'm commenting during the video and stuff like that.
