is the state of Arizona versus Alexandra Melody Mayors. She is listed as a defendant. The description of the charge is one count of harassment by communication. There is no disposition because this person has a warrant
issued. They have not showed up to pretty much clear this issue in the state of Arizona, which frankly I'm a little bit surprised because they speak pretty highly that, you know, they've got this so-called type of legal representation and la. Well, if it was me and I had a warrant
out for my arrest and I knew, you know, I didn't do anything wrong, I would be either flying straight back over to Arizona, I'd get right on the phone to them and clear that up. But according to the case activity here, it doesn't appear that anything's been done on
their behalf. Okay. Now, I'm going based on what I see here. All right. And what I see here, let me go down to where the case activity is. And you should be able to see this too. You have listed on the date of January 24th of 2023, a warrant was issued.
A bond in the set amount of $680 was set. A summon was issued on the 24th, and nothing has come of it since. No dates have been set for an arraignment. No other notes have been put in as far as the case being, you know dismissed.
And so I'd like to hear from our guests tonight as far as what's going on with this because uh if I'm not mistaken, and this is based on a communication I had with them prior to uh inviting him up for this interview, uh they had said that they were the individual that had brought said charge or case against this individual. So, I imagine they're
probably going to know exactly what's going on with this. So, uh, without further ado, I want to bring up Amber tonight to speak on her behalf on one, you know, I'm going to let her, you know, speak on whatever she like having to do with this, but I do have a few questions, but two, most importantly, I I'd like to really much I I personally would like to know, you know, where this
started, what happened, and uh where are we at at this point? Okay. Um, and again, you can speak on anything you'd like having to do with this. And again, like I said, you're more than welcome to just kind of open up how you like on this, but pretty much if you want to start off, I'd just kind of like to ask as far as in the relation to this
charge here. Um, one, are you you is this an active case as of are you aware of as of right now? Is this an active warrant? Am I correct? And is what I showed today and what I saw uh that you know nothing has happened since you know this warrant was served and a summon issue. >> It is active. Um, a lot of people are
are Okay, so what it is is it's a non-extraditable warrant. So that's why they're not like going for, you know, to search for her, right? Um, basically she would have to come to Arizona to either have her name written or get in trouble for them to get her on the warrant, but that doesn't mean that she wouldn't
come to Arizona. And that doesn't mean that she wouldn't do something where she's at now that would get her caught up and they would, you know, possibly get her after that. So, I don't know. But if a lot of people put their heads together, I think, and and and get her on what she's doing, I think it would become a felony versus a misdemeanor.
>> Well, I mean, I could personally attest to the fact that, you know, she's has I mean, as far as me personally, uh, you know, I've dealt with a lot of uh, you know, slander and stuff from her. I mean, she's from everything to everything, you know, uh, she's, uh, put out there as far as me and my channel. So, um, and I and I am aware of a lot of, you know, like you said,
unfortunately, you know, with a lot of these online threat type of cases, um, you know, if it's a misdemeanor most likely and if it's going to be something that they even bring as far as, you know, that like in this case in in your case where they brought forth the charges and they've served a warrant on this individual, um, most of the time it's not it's going to be a non-extra non-extraditable warrant because most of
the time it's a misdemeanor and um, that's pretty much the main reason why they're not going to go out and extradite this person to spend the money to. Um we saw this with like Ski Mask Manny Ski Mask Annie and a lot of the you know um other warrants he has in other states when people ask well you know he's arrested now why aren't they going to send him over here and that well a lot of it has to do with one what
the state extradites on and most of the time it's on felonies so I know where you're >> pay yeah they pay a lot of money to do that >> so we we know that it's an active warrant so thank you for you know um confirming that which again you know that's why I always go to the public information and the court records because basically most of the time they are going to be active and updated and
second it's you know it's a public document so generally >> so I when I when I and earlier what I mentioned to chat was what brought this back up to my attention and and maybe you can correct me here you know or touch on it uh this had already been kind of brought up earlier about the fact that she had obviously a warrant out and that's correct right I don't

I I I've had a lot of people, you know, kind of bring that up as far as the fact that they think a big issue with the fact that
it's hard to get her served or do anything with the fact or with that um fact is because of you know she I you know again I'm not going to make any allegations but apparently she's got some type of you know I don't know what it is if it's whether through Airbnbs or what her setup is through that or how
she you know jumps around But yeah, it basically a lot of times it's hard to tell whether you know she's at home, whether she's in another state, another state, whether she's lying. Who knows? But uh I I I you know, I understand where the frustration comes from. Um the other question I had was, can you kind of lead us then into where this
started from then and how these charges were brought on and what caused that? >> Um well, me and her have been going back and forth for a while. It originally started when I joined a panel that and she joined a panel. We were both on the panel at the same time and I don't know, I guess I thought she was cool. Long
story short, she invited me to come on to her IRL girl talk show and I was on there twice and then all of a sudden she just flipped and we did go back and forth for quite a while and that's at some point she eventually docks my family, showed
pictures of my nieces and nephews. Um, bad bad. And uh and then she apologized to me publicly and everyone thought me and her were good friends, but I I was very weary and conscious, but I still would be like, you know, she's kind of a um stubborn, dedicated individual. And so, of course, you know, I would rather
be on, you know, good terms with her than bad. Well, then um but then she flipped again all of a sudden and I woke up to ton of clips of her literally threatening me, threatening to to do physical harm to me. And she even went as far as >> this is last
>> threatening to I don't want to say it on here per se, but do really bad things to mine and someone else's child. >> Oh my god. And uh so I went to the police and people think I'm like, "Oh, she likes to claim that it's false, reporting false charges, blah blah blah blah." No, the officers saw the videos
and the clips and all that with their own eyes and that's why they deemed it >> sufficient enough to Yeah. And you know, people can go down and and and and you know, make a or you know, make a you know, make a complaint or a statement at the with the police, but generally the police are going to do somewhat of an investigation before
they're going to bring charges on somebody. It's just been my experience and what I think we've a lot of people we've covered, you know. So, um, >> well, not only that, it goes through a their supervisor or like their sergeant, their supervisor, then it goes to um whoever that lieutenant is. So, it goes through like four different areas to get approval and signed off on before it actually gets put into be a charge.

Now, um you mentioned something having to do with uh you know uh her and uh you know possibly and I and again you know and I don't want you to discuss anything that you don't want to especially since it's an active case but uh you know her possibly you know harassing and having to do something you know threats and
stuff having to do with some children and minors. Uh I know recently um she's been kind of running some campaign with uh posting some pretty which you know I don't even know how even it makes it on YouTube's platform period but uh you know some pretty bad as far as uh pictures. Uh I know just recently there
was one of like uh I believe it's control his daughter on a uh a stripper pole and it's got a background of a of a car or something. I don't know. Um but uh and >> I I I know that came from her, you know, and she posted that on a community tab.
So uh I >> smartness, she's very smart. She had a background in technology. Um at one point, I'm pretty sure she heard her say she works for Amazon, which is public information, right? Anyways, um she's very very smart and she's very um
knowledgeable when it comes to like the toos and the policies to where she just she just skims right past it being a violation. I have fought tooth and nail with YouTube on three different platforms. I have I mean I took it all the way up to whoever the CEO guy is. I can't remember his name. Something hard. I can't remember his name because I'd
been dealing with so many people at that point. but all the way to the CEO where there was like we had like a group meeting and there was like four or five different people there plus him and and they're like well they said he's she's not breaking any policies like yes she is like what is going on here but it's just seems to be just right enough to where it's not breaking a policy because that's why you'll see she's careful with the words she uses.

I I know she's she's you know she's she uh she plays that game of teetering on the fine line of things but uh I I personally would say that that's definitely against uh you know YouTube toos. I just think that she slides under that whole AI kind of of, you know, unfortunately you've got a
platform that it's got millions, billions of people, you know, on it. And uh they can't monitor everybody. And you know, even though they use this AI system, she obviously knows, you know, kind of how to cheat it. So, um I just brought that up because like I said, I it's not her first time based on again this is straight from her. You know, these aren't any allegations. you know,
people have seen these posts straight from her uh having to do with minor. So, um it's I wasn't aware, again, thank you for bringing up, you know, as far as why and what's going on with these charges. I wasn't aware it was going on, you know, and that's why I asked you to come up here. All it just shows is harassment. You know, she's facing a a charge of harassment. So, uh you know, without actually submitting for the
police incident report, I don't know any further details. So, I appreciate you bringing those up to know what's going on. So, with that being said, I brought that up because uh I I was shocked to hear that, you know, she's uh seems to have uh some something against children and uh she seems to be a person that
speaks bad about those type of people. Uh you know, the PDF people and I'm just like uh you know, we're borderline children. >> Yeah. Advocates for children, but does what she does. It's >> right in just my opinion. So, uh, moving on again, kind of, uh, focusing on your case. Um, and good times. I do see you back there, man. Um, I'll just tell you

so you went over as far as what led to these charges. Um, this looks like this is, let's see here, date wise, this was about almost coming up on a one-year anniversary. I think these were, >> let's see here, filing date was or excuse me. Yeah. No, literally it was J Well, they were filed on January 19th of last year.
>> Oh, wow. >> Um, one year now. Looks like they've been going on with this as far as it being an active case. And as far as have you heard anything recently from uh the state or anything regarding this? Um have they reached out to you to just give you an update or anything like that? >> No. I reached out to the prosecutor's
office just to make sure that it was still an active warrant. Um and these things can actually stay active for there's really no time limit on a warrant. So it will it could it will stay active. I mean until it's handled, >> right? Okay. And when was that when you reached out to him? Just to double check if you don't mind me asking.
>> I think about three months ago. >> Okay. Thank you. Um and let's see here. So it's still an active warrant. You gave us a description of more or less what's going on with that. Um let's see here. Just going to see if I had another qu and if there's anything else that you want to speak on that behalf, you're more than welcome to. I'm just I mean you did you pretty much covered a lot of
the things that I was going to ask you about. Um now >> I know I was aside from really at that at this point any of my own personal opinion um as far as the case goes there's just that it's active. Um she likes to pretend like she got it quashed but that's not true. >> Yeah. I mean that's kind of I'll be honest with you that's kind of why I
said it. I I had heard about this and I was just kind of like well I never had heard anything go further and I was like well you know with everybody that was kind of you know beefing with her and this I was like you know maybe some it did get quashed you know I just like you know I I I just never heard anything more of it and then like I said just up until a few days ago when I saw your ran
into your community post um it got brought up to my attention again and that's when I did the you know core record search and I was like well Yep. No, it sure as hell is active, you know. And uh and and I you know, I I've heard that individual speak plenty of times and say that, you know, they've got a clean record. They've got nothing going
on. Um >> no, that's far from it. As a matter of fact, I don't care. And again, I'm not being this is not even a personal opinion. This is straight up what this person is right now. being that they have a warrant. Okay, I'm not going to call them a criminal because they haven't had their chance to go in front of the judge. All right, so I will not
say that. But at this point, they are a fugitive of the law. They are okay. And that is because they have an active warrant and they have chose not to take care of it. Which like I said kind of earlier, I'm just surprised somebody has just, you know, I'll say, you know, that has kind of some a very basic, you know, uh, education as far as the legal
system. Uh, I would figure she would know that it's not a good idea to have a warrant just sitting there for your arrest. Um, she probably knows that they're not going to do anything unless she goes to the state of Arizona. And even then, nothing really will happen unless she gets pulled over, gets in some type of trouble, and you know, that causes her to have to run her ID and see she has an active warrant. Um, so unless
she's planning on hanging out in Arizona and driving around, realistically, you know, unless that turns into a felony or something else happens, yeah, nothing is going to happen. Um, and >> she's still going to be on the run. Yes. you know, but I'm I'm surprised though where I was going with that is that being that she's got, you know, seems
like some some education in the law, why she hasn't, especially if she's going to claim, which I would assume that's what she's claiming because she has said that she's got nothing on a record. Why wouldn't she have gone over there to fix it if if nothing which I'm assuming she would say, "I've done nothing wrong." Well, if that's the case, if I was hurt, I would have already called, done
whatever it took to clear that warrant. You know, nobody wants a warrant on their record. If you even like, for example, if you go at some type of employment, depending on how, you know, what type of background search they do, that's going to come up and that could keep you from being employed. So, it's it's a big deal for some people to have a warrant on your record. And I'm surprised a person like her hasn't gone
down there to take care of it. I I'm actually blown away as to why that has not happened yet. Um do you have anything do you have an idea or anything you want to speak on that behalf on why you think? Um, I think as far as really the only way to handle a warrant is she would have to be p I mean she would have to still be booked and whether or not it's booked and
released, she still would have to be booked and have and get fingerprinted for the warrant cuz it's really hard to just go in and make a phone call and quash a warrant, especially with video proof. It's not like it's a he said, she said case. So, she would still have to literally go take care of the warrant as far as turn herself in. Um, I think that's why it hasn't

Um, would you be willing to speak a little bit about what's going on with the current case with the Q45 and the charges that were brought on him? >> I don't mind at all. Um, I do want to say thank you for having me on. I apologize for the people that are giving
you flat for it, but I do appreciate it. >> Yeah, no, no worries. Trust me, I I've uh we we've uh had plenty of guests on this channel and uh we've covered a lot of very touchy subjects. So, uh nothing that I'm not used to. So, I appreciate you, you know, coming up and taking the time because I know u sometimes, you know, a lot of people don't like the fact that, you know, sometimes they'll
get some, you know, some stuff from the chat and so I appreciate you coming up. So, thank you. >> Um with with Q. So, you know, kind of earlier I touched up on, you know, what I had done as far as research, which is basically, you know, we have some court document information that everybody's seen. Um, we're aware of the eviction that's going on. Um, I guess first off,
my question is, well, actually, hold on, I'll ask that next. But, um, and then, you know, we we showed the paperwork, which, um, I know when I had first started getting into this, we hadn't seen that till like the next day. First we seen the eviction information and I think that night you had been speaking about the fact that he had been facing charges except there hadn't been any paperwork yet. Then I think the next day
paperwork came out. That's when I was able to access it and lo and behold you know what she had said was verified uh that that individual is currently facing a charge of harassment by communication I believe is what I saw. And uh when I called to see what was going on with that, basically they're awaiting a plea. Uh which means they've sent a summon to them based on what we've seen and they
haven't heard back from that individual. Um what is going on with that? I believe you were based on what I heard, you are the person that brought those charges on. Is that correct? >> That is correct. Um what's going on so far with that is is honestly this is we're only days into the charges being filed. Um, so I'm still myself waiting
on something from the courts there to tell me when I need to be need to appear, which I will be appearing through video. >> Okay. And I guess that's pretty active. I mean, um, are you able to speak on like, you know, as far as what he did that, uh, you know, brought on those charges?
>> Oh, yeah. I don't mind at all. I mean, I guess it's not a problem because it's not going to go to jury. So that's that's why I'm not worried about talking about it. Um Q45 just people like to say we've gone back and forth, but um he threatened to I don't know what word to use on your channel because I know you like to to
stay professional, but he basically threatened to rape my sister. He has on several occasions uh threatened to kill me, murder me, break my kneecaps. Uh, not to mention all the other stuff in between like, you know, the doxing and the and the humiliation and all that stuff. And I'm not saying I'm 100% innocent. And I will tell everybody now. I told the officer when I pressed the
charges. I said 50% of it is I don't know if he'll just randomly show up and hurt me. I said, but the other 50% is to show him he's not people. You can get in trouble for the things you do online. People just think they could go online and do whatever and say whatever and be fine. But but it was it started with that and me and him used to actually be
pretty close. So >> now um I know I think you had mentioned this you had said originally I think that they were looking at possibly bringing like terroristic charges or something like that and you had actually uh said that you didn't you elected that you didn't want that to happen. want him to, you know, I didn't want to ruin his life over it, you know, because those are pretty severe charges, >> right? >> Um I said, but no, I do want him to be in trouble for for the threat. >> Okay. >> And so, so you're waiting to hear back from the state pretty much. And like I said, when I called down, they had
pretty much waiting to hear back from him. Um, and as far as what I've been told, he's I mean I don't really follow Q as much. Um, back in the days I used to come in every once in a while and say hi, but uh just most recently I haven't. Um, so a lot of what's been going on, I guess, between you and a lot of people.
You know, I really I mean I know some of it from what I hear, but you know, I I I don't participate obviously in those a lot of the panels and stuff like that, >> but um I know he comes on like he almost every day and I know a lot of people have been asking me recently he hasn't been. I'm assuming they informed him of his charges cuz the night that I found out because I got an email from the officer. Um when I found out that they did press charges, he had went live that night
titled harassment. By the way, um I don't recall if he went live the next night, but as as far as I can tell, the last two or three nights, he has not been on at all whatsoever. So, I mean, that tells me right there that I don't think that he I think a lot of people were assuming that because um they saw something as far as
like arresting officer, which I think is just maybe it's like standard paperwork and that may have been where they just put the officer that sent the summons or signed the paperwork. I don't know had to do with that because I know there was an arresting date, time or booking inmate number and that's where I just feel like I don't think he did get arrested or booked in a day. >> You're correct. The document, as you
said, was basically a generalized um document that they use for the paperwork for the court filing system. So, yeah. No, I don't believe he was arrested either, nor have I been telling people that um because for yes, I do have my battles, but for the most part, I still like to stick to facts because I don't there's lots of just lots of stories and rumors and everything, and I just I like to stick to the facts.

over something else and her ex-husband found her and murder her. So, yes, some places are taking this kind of thing more serious. It's a matter of jurisdictional issues though. They don't know whether to, you know, press charges here because this is where the victim was or press charges here because that's where the crime was. There's a new thing out actually. I don't remember the name the term off the top of my head because
it's new, but when it comes to internet, you know, crimes, both places have jurisdictional um, >> you know, stance. energy for something far more predatory. Their focus was locked on a creator named Psyche. The host and her team of moderators led a coordinated attack, mocking his mental stability, ridiculing his physical appearance, and laughing specifically at the gap where his front teeth are missing. The transition from bonding over a bug to ruthlessly dogpiling a human being is seamless. To
understand how that switch is flipped, we have to examine the sociological mechanics of the digital echo chamber. Digital communities rely on tribal identity to survive. Without physical space to share, these groups manufacture a sense of belonging through shared trivial experiences. Panicking over the same minor threat draws individual viewers together into a unified high
energy inroup. Inside jokes function as a boundary. They create a distinct sense of us versus them that physically separates the chat from the rest of the internet. This manufactured unity provides the group with a feeling of absolute consensus. Once the bubble is sealed, the community feels entirely justified in directing its collective power toward any target they choose.
Highly unified groups eventually aim their solidified energy at an out group. In this stream, that energy was weaponized against psyche. The group justifies their cruelty by stripping the target of his agency. They label Psyche a manipulative drunk who brings the abuse on himself, a narrative that allows the chat to remain the heroes of
their own story while they attack him. Internal cohesion acts as a lens that filters the aggression. Harassment is recolored, transforming vicious bullying into a perceived act of community defense. This shared cruelty fuses the group closer together, making the dog pile a primary feature of the stream's
social health. Tearing down a target is a vital mechanism for sustaining the community's bond. The target is merely the fuel that keeps the collective energy burning. The echo chamber faces a crisis when a dissenting viewer named Arthur pushes back. He challenges the group's hypocrisy, pointing out that their own behavior matches the very
things they criticize in others. The chat reacts to this ideological threat with a violent immune response. The swarm instantly converges on the dissenting voice. To neutralize Arthur, the group weaponizes his personal life. They mock his sexuality, ridicule his income, and use his section 8 living situation as a blunt instrument to
